Fantastic service and experience
I contacted the Carpet Repair Guys after a tradesman’s expanding foam canister exploded over our wool carpet last week. Considering the carpet is relatively new and costly we were not happy….
I sent over a few images of the damage and Richard responded within seconds with advice and solutions on how to get the carpet back to looking like new. I also received a quote from him very quickly. He managed to fit us in this week.
The work is done now and I’m so surprised by the results! The unsightly stains and damage have disappeared. By the looks of it, Richard may have studied at Hogwarts…..
But seriously, we’re so happy with the results. From starting the job, Richard was friendly, professional and very thorough in his explanation of the procedure. He’s also saved us a lot of money on replacing the carpet. I have no qualms about recommending him to friends and family although I hope I don’t have to!
If only all tradesman were like Richard, things would be much easier.

Asked them to quote on repairing burn damage to a carpet in a rental flat. They took the time to understand the full situation - looked at the carpet style, assessed the type of damage, and gave me considered, thoughtful advice rather than a quick no.
They were upfront that a patch repair would most likely fall short of my hopes, and then, went above and beyond to write me a professional recommendation that I could use for the deposit claim against the tenants. No charge, no job to gain from it.
