I honestly thought our cat had totally wrecked our carpets, to the point where only new carpet would do, but I happened upon an advert that showed repairs were possible. Richard's company had some good reviews so thought I'd take a chance and I couldn't be happier with the results. I thought the larger bars across the door way would be noticeable but they completely blend in. You'd never know our little blighter had scratched so hard to get in (or out) that he had totally shredded the carpet. They're all clean now too, which was also a top job. Also, when I later lost my receipt Richard went out of his way to replace it for me when I suddenly realised I needed one. Very much appreciate that and would definately recommend his excellent repair and carpet cleaning work.

Faced with a daunting iron stain on my carpet and an imminent key return to the agency, I was in a bind. Fortunately, I discovered this company, explained my predicament, and they managed to fit me into their schedule. The result was astonishing—the stain vanished entirely, restoring the carpet to its pristine condition. If I hadn't seen the video evidence myself, I might not have believed it. Even zooming in couldn't reveal a trace of the mark. I'm incredibly grateful to Impulse cleaning!

Richard came to fix some thread pulls in the hall carpet, he explained that a 100% perfect repair may not be achieved but I understood that. I was on a conference call in the kitchen when Richard said he was finished and did I want to take a good look. I simply could not find the repairs or the affected areas! I contacted this company after our carpet was damaged the service was first class the repair was carried out a reasonable amount…..cannot fault anything thank you so much .

Our 2 dogs had ripped our stair runner carpet which had only been laid down for just over a year, I was devastated. I looked for someone to repair our carpet and came across Richard, the communication between us was quick and efficient the truthful advice he gave us helped with the decisions we made.
Richard explained when he arrived that the damage was more than he had thought and offered 2 ways to address the situation.
We decided at the moment to leave the carpet because we have covered it with a stair gate and we are going to contact the original carpet seller and try to match the carpet again.
We will definitely have Richard replace the carpet if we can get it.

From initial comms to managing expectations and guidance on possible repairs, service has all been exceptional.

On the day, during the inspection the suggested repair changed, but for the better, and very happy with the outcome.

10/10 would recommend from a service and delivery perspective.
