If I was you I would avoid this place like the plague.
Unprofessional.
Uncaring.
Incapable.
Incompetent.

They have receptionists who don't have a clue what they're doing. Head of IMOS is just terrible & the fenale manager is the cherry on top of a bad sundae.

I have been waiting nearly 16 months for this joke of a practice to get back to me regarding a referal. They booked me in for an appointment from A REFERAL FROM 2 YEARS AGO.

Funnily enough my dentist did tell me that they do this stuff often as other people have complained & me scrolling through the reviews on Google proved that 🤣

The Issue: Their website has a major User Experience flaw. Even if you select the "Stratford" branch at the top of the page, clicking the "Appointment" banner forces the page to refresh and default to the "East Village Canning Town" location. It is very easy to miss this switch if you aren't expecting it.

I booked the wrong location due to this glitch. When I contacted the office, the staff casually mentioned that this happens often. They are fully aware that their website misleads customers, yet they refused to refund my deposit.

Both ladies at the front desk at Stratford and Canning town were aware of this problem and said that this happens with other patients. Yet, they refuse to rebook my appointment or refund the value.

I recently in March had a tooth extraction, in fact my second time and I can assure you that if it was half as bad as some have said I would not have gone. In fact Chantal who attended me was the epitome of an able and empathetic dentist. My experience was not bad and as extractions go was as pain free as possible. Also the healing was without problem.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTAL PRACTICE!

I was treated by foreign dentist Aug-Sept 2023. Went in for a simple check up and had no tooth aches but advised I needed fillings. After my botched treatment and being left in excruciating pain with severe head aches, the dentist advised there was nothing further they could do. I've requested public information confirming the dentist who treated me are registered practitioners in the UK. The practice refuses confirm this. I caught a terrible fungal infection on my tongue likely due to lack of sterilisation of equipment. The practice manager has not responded to emails sent 5 weeks ago.

This practice mimics a strong pressurized sales environment. They try to sell an expensive treatment plan that's not required and when you say 'no' you will stick with the 'NHS' packages that you were originally booked for they treat you like garbage.

AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COST.

AVOID THEM!!! APPALLING SERVICE. I was referred to them by another surgery for teeth extraction. They took out two teeth, or at least tried because later that night when it stopped bleeding, I could see half of both the extracted teeth were still in my gum. Upon calling them back, they are refusing to take responsibility.extremely unprofessional staff, along with the bizarre couldn’t care less it’s not my responsibility attitude, they are the worst dentist I’ve ever been to. AVOID AT ANY COST
