I've seen the numerous bad reviews but I have been running a year with no problems.

Purchased a pair of 5.5kw units running in parallel and combined with Solar Assistant does everything I need including charging my batteries automatically with off peak electricity.

Definitely would buy again from the experience I've had

This company will take your money and you will receive a device. However, it will fail and you will end up chasing their support which will not help you at all.

In my case I purchase two 10kW iGridTT devices and both arrived with damage. I was told to try them rather than return them and wouldn't you know - both of them failed.

The first one had an internal problem where I was told to self-install a new board. However, they sent me a board that did not belong to the inverter. After a lengthly complaint process I convinced them to send me another board only to receive a similar board that did not fit the device. Since then it has been radio silence from the firm.

The second one also failed under a year after install.

I would strongly suggest that you do not purchase from this firm and look for alternatives.

I bought a 5.5kw inverter .
The inverter is working fine except for a pobremente with the display screen.
I was sent a replacement screen that I changed , however when that screen also failed they refused to send another.
The said the warranty had run out , even though I only had the new screen for a couple of months.

Never buy EASUN , no warranty , no customer services, i have the emails about one mppt who dosent work, They don give a crap about it, its amazing, one of the worst exeprience in my life, if you wanna become rip off buy them. I have proof of buy and the email conversation, just in case someboady wanna see them

Never buy to powland or easun

i bought around end of august to pawland :
Inveter hybrid 11KVa + battery Easun 10K Life po4 = more than 3400 € spend ...

- Battery is realy BAD not possible to discharge more than 60A .... Alarm OVP everytime and put the inverter un F52 (i got around 50 energy shutdown in my house) so .... it s not possible to realy use it ... 60 A is only 2800W... some lighy + oven = the battery get down
since 4 months ... nothing work good , it s SCAM TOTAL

Inverter 11K is REALY BAD also because MPPT is realy bad , always stuck at 90V i have 8000WC with 20 pannels... my production is a lot of time under 1Kw for the WHOLE DAY ....because it do not work with cloud...

my nighbourg have normal inverter (grid) with the 20 pannel also and 8000 Wc ; same weather his production is 10 K + ....it work with cloud ...

i lost so many money :(

The PV charge controller EASUN 8048 was operated within its key data (PV 3x380W in series / battery 48V/100A) and worked without any problems for about 6 months, then unfortunately it broke down for some unknown reason, the fans switched on and off almost periodically and it spread There was a strong technical smell due to it being de-energized and dismantled. When I contacted EASUN, they responded immediately, after a brief clarification of the situation. As a result, upon request, I unscrewed the controller and took some photos of the inner workings and in particular of the thermally modified components that I discovered EASUN confirmed the defect and sent a new charging controller a day later, which arrived 3 days later.
I initiated the communication in English, I don't know whether this was necessary. Everything was very friendly, customer-oriented and very professional, which I am really grateful for. The new controller was not a replacement device but a new device and was put into operation immediately and has been doing its job for a few days now without any problems, so everything was done quickly and it's fine again...it couldn't be better!

Stay away from Easun. Absolute worse support. Just kept telling me change parameters and never answered any technical questions. I don’t think they are qualified enough to troubleshoot. Just kept going in circles. No refund or repair offered. Just a place to throw away money. Don’t even deserve 1 star.

I have two sv iv 5.6kw conversions in parallel connection. as soon as I fed them with the PV module, the motherboards got damaged and they show error f 09. the pweland company sent me 2 motherboards, I replaced them but I don't dare to connect them again in parallel connection .so far they are working independently each normally. one main and the other spare. EASYN products present serious problems. do not buy.

Customer support is absolutely 'zero'...
Bought 3kw hybrid inverter...
Inverter works 1 year, and just turns off , looks like its was preprogrammed.
Its was in guaranteed time...
Wrote to customer support, and they have no idea how to resolve any problems. About 1 full year i tried to get something , was ready to send it back to factory and etc.... But its wasn't resolved at all, they lie that have send something, and now just stopped to answer emails.
Never buy this garbage!

I purchased your item from Aliexpress - ISolar SPH3K - on 28 March 2023, which worked fine but suddenly stopped working.
More than a month has passed since I sent an email to support and I have not received any response! Waste of time and money! STAY AWAY FROM EASUN

did not work properly, need to restart every day, it died after few months after install , seler keep applaying for new boards but none of them came, waste of 513€ .

I have a new Easun 8kw inverter. It seems to be working but I need help to understand how to change a menu setting. The "chat line" never seems to be available to I emailed their customer service. I explain my problem and all the responder wants to know id my "order number" which I don't have because they never sent me one with the inverter. I have sent copies of the PayPal transaction and the shipping labels but nothing. I don't want to fix/change/return the inverter I just want advice.

Worst customer support. After you buy they will not do anything about warranty. There functions are not working properly for eg, PAL is solar 1st and when solar isn't enough for the balance grid will power but it don't work. When ask about it they will ask for video and once sent they will give some nonsense of changing to another parameter n when it fails would again ask for video and just go around.
When you give max amps to pull from battery if you go over it don't go grid and if battery bms cut off then inverter gives error and don't change to grid. Can't change parameters from computer.
Since one of my inverters stop working and under warranty and I told them since then they ignore all my messages.

I bought an EASUN ISOLAR-SMG-II-3.6KW inverter, factory defective, when recharging the battery it went immediately to block (error 12), contacted EASUN I wasted two months sending videos and e-mails and carrying out tests, they refused to replace it asking me to do more tests to explain the problem again and send videos again, they made me tired. They sell fake factory garbage, never again EASUN brand not recommended.

No Service, no Repair after 2 Month of working inverter. Never buying products of this company again.

My EASun Igrid SV IV inverter did not output any voltage.
It took 5 months but I finally got a replacement main board. This fixed the problem and the inverter is now working. This proves that EASun has good intentions but the logistics is not the best.

Cheaters. Dont buy nothing.

I bougt Easunpover 3,5 kW/24v/220v hybrid inverter in August 2021 at Easunpower UK. First, an esential part (wifi-module) was missing and it took a month, several e-mails and pictures to get that part from the seller. Secondly, it appeared that the remote control- application is very slow and it stopped working after 3 months of using it. Thirdly, The system consumes a lot of power and even large capacity batteries run empty quickly despite of using just low level of power for lightning etc. Finally, the the inverter stopped working totally after 14 months of usage. When asking for support at Easunpower, the only reply I got, was about the Chinese New Year. The local electric shops do not want even to try to repair Easunpower inverter. My lost was 629 €.

I bought 2 EASUN inverters (5.5kw) and they came faulty. It has been 4 months I was making video's to prove that the inverters are not working.

EASUN & POWLAND is the same company, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! 3 out of 5 inverters they sell you are faulty. One friend burned his new Lithium battery because they sold him a faulty inverter that gave out 76 Volts at the battery output. I have many other stories from people. It is unbelievable.

EASUN/POWLAND are box movers and not manufacturers.
They have no technical experience.
They will NEVER give your money back.

Inverter 1kW arrived in time. Connected a bad 12v battery. The unit started to jitter and flash. After connecting a good 12 volt battery the unit started up without a problem. Start-up is very noisy. But after a while the ventilators stop.
The 220 power supply to be tested yet.
Paid 340 Euro.
