Bought x2 Easun icharger 4860 60 amp solar chargers, both failed. The second replacement one arrived faulty. No help from seller

Inverter bought in eu, 580€ (shipping from germany), arrived damaged.
No answer to emails from the company.
Paypal, through I paid the transaction, said the item must be sent to CHINA and received by the vendor for refund.
Last november I was in China and went to the vendor address. It's a suite in a residential/commercial building, no one answer to the ring bell.
It's a scam

no after-sale support, very bad communication after payment. spent hours on internet to solve issues. never more

i bought a inverter from them i returned the item to there returns warehouse as it was not needed cause it took to long for delivery got the run around now have no inverter or refund the have stolen my £250 am contacting trading standard a bundle of chinese theifs

We have running three inverters as a 3 phase system. The inverters are running fine but have some bugs where I could work around in most cases.

But for some questions which are not answered in the manual nor in the website, I needed support. None of my support requests was answered ever.

I'm fairly sure the complaints of fried solar inverters are from wrong connections and not understanding the configuration instructions in the manual.

Never connect the neutrals together, this is so easily done when working on a fuseboard with dozens of same-colour neutral wires all over the place !

My 5000kva solar inverter is working fine. I had turned on the inverter power save mode which caused the unit to cycle on and off when connected to a small load.

I would have been convinced the unit was defective if I hadn't studied the manual to learn what each function does.If the unit fails then I'll be sure to provide an update.

The inverter is deliberately oversized. I only have 2.2 kw of solar panels connected with the option to add another 1.5 kw in the future. This is plenty for my needs running an office, fridge, computer, small appliances, most lighting and occasionally a 2kw oven.

One small caveat is that the inverter uses 1.2 Kwh per day which is 27% of the average collected solar power on a winter's day. Or about 6% of the average collected solar power on a summer's day.

Habe am 13.09.22 ein Hybrid Wechselrichter für fast 500 EUR gekauft. Er kam am 20.09.22.
Am 21.09.22 wollte ich ihn in Testbetrieb nehmen. Also Batterie angeschlossen und eingeschaltet. Nach dem Booten also nach einigen Sekunden gab es ein Bauteilbrand und mit Qualm stellte er sein Betrieb ein.
Nun nur ganz ganz kurz ... unfassbar ...
Ich fand das verbrannte Bauteil und schickte alle Info (Bilder Beschreibung Tests) nach EASun.
Es wurde dann eine "unendliche" Kommunikation losgetreten, mehr als 30 EMail waren zu schreiben.
Vier mal wurde mir eine Ersatzplatine versprochen, nie wurde das Versprechen eingehalten ... und ... und
so weiter.
Nach ca. 14 Tagen war ich dann soweit das ich nur noch die versprochene Rücknahmegarantie (
(siehe Homepage) in Anspruch nehmen. Das Gerät mit solch ein Service bei dem
ich keine Ersatzteile bekomme will ich nicht betreiben. 2 Mal wurde ich gefragt ob ich mir das nicht noch überlegen wollte.
Meine Antwort war NEIN ... das war's.
Jetzt bekommen ich auf die tägliche Anfrage wie der Status der Rücknahme ist KEINE Antwort mehr.
Was bleibt mir.

1. Eine Klage in China.
2. Das Gerät wegen einem Bauteil wegwerfen (wohl bemerkt es ist neu).

Jetzt habe ich ein Fall bei Paypal geöffnet und hoffe das ich da Hilfe bekommen.

I found the burned component and sent all info (pictures description tests) to EASun.
Then an "endless" communication was started, more than 30 emails had to be written.
I was promised a replacement circuit board four times, but the promise was never kept ... and ... and
so on.
After about 14 days I was ready to only use the promised return guarantee (
(see homepage). The device with such a service at which
I can't get any spare parts I don't want to operate. I was asked twice if I didn't want to think about it.
My answer was NO...that was it.
Now I get NO reply to the daily request about the status of the withdrawal.
what is left for me

1. A lawsuit in China.
2. Throw away the device because of a component (note it's new).

2 of 3 inverters have burned out within 2 months!!!
We bought one spare and that was defective as well...
NO WARRANTY, NO REFUND - just wasted money!!!
Do not buy anything from this company!

Bought a unit with a visible failure, whitch caused a non visible failure. Just Dolly answers from easun. Not received any email, send to this … some questions and no furter response for three months.
Just by if you like gambling.

Please be careful!!!! My inverter have damaged screen but after now 2 months of emails and messages no one like to help me and replace faulty unit with was purchased directly from they website :(

If there were 10 stars, I would post 10. I was trying to buy a 6000w power inverter pure sine wave. I asked for the 6000w pure, 2-others sold me 6000w, but they were not the pure. 1-sent me a 4000w that also was not a pure. now I buy from easunpower. not only was it correct the first time also, the delivery was very quick. the ones that sent me incorrect items claim to be the best. easunpower is not the best. they are at least 5-6 times better then the ones that claim to be the best. I highly recommend easunpower over all the others. If you buy form easunpower, you won't go wrong, and you will be happy.

I bought an EASUN POWER REVO II Hybrid-Solar-Inverter 5500 W 90 A MPPT- V 48 V 5,5 kW
The battery function went defect after 7 month, so I contacted the customer support to claim the 12 mth warranty.
Besides some questions about the defect no help or replacement at all. Now I did not even get an answer anymore.
I contacted the manufacture of the inverter SOROTEC. They provided me manuals and we found out, that the main board is defect.
DO NOT BUY AT EASUN – I can not recommend it if you need support.

Fraud company

I bought on ebay a "EASunpower ISolar SML 5K" which is a "5KVA 4000W Solar Inverter MPPT Off Grid 48V 220V".
Within the warranty the inverter is defective - burned down with smoke. I informed EASunpower and they told me, that they accept the warranty and will send me a new motherboard. To cut a long story short: They did not send me anything until now. This is fraud !
Never ever buy anything from this company - you surely loose all your money for worthless malfunctioning junk electronics.

I have already got the inverter sent to me from EASUN. The installation and operation are very good. The 5600w inverter is a good choice. It can also support parallel use. I am going to buy another one to increase the power. I am looking forward to it.

This is a another chinese wanna be big in Europe con-firm, who don't communicate, ship cheap rubbish, take your money and send rubbish. Never resolve complaints, 3 months later have not refunded money, AVOID dangerous, they don't have what they say they have to sell. You were warned. Cheap badged rubbish.

The 3600W Solar Inverter has problems with the MPPT tracking. If AC output is off it sometimes functions, but never when the AC output is on.
Difficulties to convince the seller about the severe problem.

I purchased a hybrid inverter from them which failed after 6 months. Their defective piece of crap nearly burnt my house down. After 13 months I am no closer to getting any replacement parts. It has become quite a joke with my family to hear their latest ludicrous excuse eg Chinese New Year, Dragon Boat Season, Can't sort through the accessories to locate my parts, The engineer handling my case has left, The storeman handling my case has left, and so on.
Do your self a favour and give this 3rd world company a big miss!

I have bought 4 pcs. 5 kW inverters for a 3 phase system.
After installation, problems started to occur, e.g.:
Charge batteries from mains even setup should only charge from PC (Solar panels).

Two inverters reports from time to time ERROR 08, which is internal error, send product to repair. After more than 6 months still defective inverters haven’t been changed.

Power supply disappears in the house every time the system shifts from and too battery consumption.

System have to be restarted (power completely removed) 5 – 10 times a week, as power output disappears.

Specs are super for the product, but the product is unstable, don’t buy products from this supplier, the service sucks.
