This is to make other people aware of this company is a scam.
Do not renew your passport with this company. They charged my credit card 64.plus 25 dollars insurance on the passport. They denied my application after they charged my card and refused to refund my money.

Absolute SCAM!!!

Absolute SCAM! This company states they will renew your passport online. They charged my credit card $64.88 to fill out a passport renewal form and email it to me. This is a FREE service via the US Department of State website and should NOT incur a fee. Now, I have to freeze my credit and submit a fraud alert to all 3 credit bureaus. What a nightmare! Don't fall victim to this scam!

This website is a scam

This website is a scam. If I could give a zero rating I would. Don’t use it!!! They meant seem line you’re getting an expedited passport but it’s just a form filler. That’s all you get!

SCAMMED MYSELF

OMG. I totally scammed myself. Thought I was applying through official channel but discovered it is a $88 fee for allowing use of their website. What an idiot. I am usually more savvy than this!

Horrendous customer service

I mistakenly entered my passport information into their website instead of the US State Department's website as I had intended. I am older, disabled, and on a very fixed income. I explained that to them to get a refund so that I can get my passport. I had just enough money for the passport through normal channels. When I asked for a refund, I simply was offered 25% off. I am extremely upset.

SCAM

Do not let this company fool you like they did me! This is a scam and not affiliated with the U.S. government or any U.S. passport agency. I am currently contacting my bank to report this as fraud.

This is a scam

This is a scam! They deceive you into believing that the $89.00 is the cost to renew your passport. WRONG!!! After collecting all your information they tell you to print a form and then ask for an additional minimum of $130.00.

Google's fault

I was distracted. I don't mind the money but it does really annoy me that Google allows them to be the top listed company. Google should take responsibility for their sponsored contet.

This scam site appeared as the top…

This scam site appeared as the top result when I searched for ‘passport application’—Google may have been paid to promote it, but it urgently needs to take responsibility and remove such misleading websites. My husband almost fell for it too!

I was in a hurry and fell for this

I was in a hurry and fell for this. It looks exactly like a US Govt. Website except it is absolutely not.

Charged me $80 and was 100% a scam. All of the stuff they charged for can be done thru the official US Passport website. Now I have a ton of personal data I can't control with an unknown entity.

Don't rush! And don't get scammed.

SCAM

This Company is impersonating the US State Department and is collecting money for US Passports as well as expediting fees. I knew something was wrong when I got an email with a PDF attached. They charged my credit card and when I replied to the email as it said to do, it bounced back, NO SUCH EMAIL.
I filed a complaint with the FTC and Reported them to Google as a Scam.
I've been in touch with my bank to file fraud charges.

I would rate this website 0 stars

Everything everyone is saying is true! I've found more charges on my card. I'm beyond fed up! I can only assume they have all the information I filled out. These kinds of people not only scam you, but will sell your information.

What a JOKE

What a JOKE! they charge 88 dollars to fill out a flipping form, Keep your money and go to the official government site that allows you to take your photo on the phone. Called customer service and because it was 60 days after the order date I couldn't receive a refund- website says NOTHING about anything. It is pathetic and they should be closed down, taking peoples hard earned money.

This company is a scam and it should be…

This company is a scam and it should be illegal for this website to operate. It is very deceptive and it makes it seem as though the fee you pay is associated with the government and will go towards the final fee for your passport. It does not. I contacted my credit card company to try and get the $88 reversed. I reached out to the Better Business Bureau and an attorney who will assist with a class action lawsuit.
