Always did what was requested in a timely manner
I have nothing but positive things to say about state filings. Everything requested they were there. Information was given when questions were sent. Actions were done when requests were made. I had a wonderful assistant. She was very responsive and when I had questions she responded in a timely manner. Thank you for what you do.

I was thinking of canceling my order but Ms.Emily help me get a better understanding of LLC and what it means for me and my new business I’m trying to achieve. I made a mistake and filed my LLC through this third party. I explained what happened and Ashley was gracious and kind enough to help me figure everything out. She took very well care of me even down to the point of helping me calm down my aggravation at the time. I appreciate everything she done to get everything resolved & turned in my favor. She put her self in my situation and understood what really happened. That is rarely seen now a days with any companies. So thank you Ashley!
