We visited the Birkenhead branch…
We visited the Birkenhead branch yesterday and was greeted by Richie.
We had an outstanding experience working with him while choosing and buying our new bathroom. From the very beginning, he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect fit for our home.
He took the time to understand our needs, preferences, and budget.
Richie’s communication was excellent throughout, and always available to answer questions and provide reassurance. Thanks to his guidance, we are really excited to see the final finish, he was fantastic would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for expert help and an stress-free experience. Truly a 5-star service from start to finish!

Super customer service and value for money.
Had to help my elderly parents pick a new bathroom suite. Richie and his staff in the Birkenhead branch were brilliant. Helped us pick all the bits and match everything up.Provided a realistic image of what it would all look like. Nothing was too much trouble and all at a good price. Excellent service and would definitely recommend.

Couldn’t have been easier
The lads in store are so friendly and can’t do enough to ensure that the bathroom is perfect.
We were helped by Jordan and he is amazing. This down to earth personality made it feel like we were in company of friends, not planning our bathroom. From planning the initial appointment to measuring and finalising the plans, everything has been easy and effortless

Fab team, fab experience!
Had a couple of experiences with easy bathrooms now. Firstly buying tiles from them and secondly buying our new bathroom.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for Ritchie and the gang. They helped us professionally all the way through buying our new bathroom. The project is now underway with a few weeks to go, so hopefully everything will go to plan.

Bhead store - staff super friendly
Just been for a mooch, came out with a sample tile, how amazingly helpful, a 600mm one! The staff are not only super helpful but really nice people, could have stayed all day... Birkenhead store, I will be back if not even just for a catch up!
Ordered new tiles and even got a fabulous price! What's not to love #newbff 😂
