So far been using this company for a few months and it has been so helpful from me having to handle client calls. They also help with call backs to clients. If there are any issues, they are very open to receiving feedback and trying to remedy any miscommunication quickly.

Never failed us

Bad Service

It was fine at first; however, it became progressively worse. The operators misspell names, don't differentiate whether its a current or new client, and I LOST an auto accident case because of an operator who told the potential client that we did not practice personal injury law which we do! Also, others who called on personal injury cases were suppose to be patched through which they were not. The reason I know this is because these same individuals sent our business a message via facebook messenger about their experience.

Hi Ofelia. We are very sorry that your experience with us had such a negative reflection. We recall the issue that you mentioned about losing a potential auto accident case from a compalint you filed with us on June 8th. We provided a follow up on that complaint but we never heard from you. A couple months later, on August 21st, you submitted your 30 day notice for cancellation of services. We asked if there were any concerns with the service but we got no answer from you. The issues that you mention are all accurate. However, they are part of any answering service (or human provided service). We do a great job at correcting operators or removing them if they are not performing up to our client's expectations as well as correcting names or details, via a supervisor, at no extra cost. We only wish you would have been more communicative with us so we could better assist you. For example, upon reviewing your script, there is no indication for operators to patch personal injury potential cases. We wish you success in your future endeavors and we appreciate your comments as they will help us improve! Best, Easybee Team.

Always clear concise messages

Always clear concise messages, and they handle our clients calls with professionalism and care. We previously used a different answering service and had many complaints. We have had zero complaints since switching to Easybee.

The best answering service... Highly recommend

I have been searching for the right answering service for almost a year and I have to say I found the right company to work with for my business. They are very friendly, professional, and attentive to my company's needs. The account manager is always available when I need assistance. I can say this is a great company with excellent morals and principles that you won't find out there if you are looking for an answering service.

I would recommend easybee to any size…

I would recommend easybee to any size firm. As a solo firm it was a must, but even hiring assistants its great to have them support administrative and document workload and have easybee take care of handling the calls. They are very responsive and when they make mistakes take full responsibility to make it right!

Saved my sanity

As a solo law firm, I really needed someone to be the first point of contact with clients. I've been very pleased with Moises and the Easybee team. We had a few hiccups early on and although I was willing to say F it and just move, Moises worked with me to make sure I was happy without any pressure to stay. We worked it out and I'm happy to still be here.

We are a small company that highly recommends Easybee Answering Service

We are a small company, and have been using Easybee Answering Service for many years. When we have been ill, we had Easybee helping us out, which was a huge relief. We want to provide personalized service for our customers. We get to with Easybee's services. Our customer base like knowing that there is a person behind our phone lines even if we are unable to do this ourselves. Their exemplary service has represented us well and has been excellent consistently. We have always been able to get a hold of someone right away and get a rapid response. The longest we had to wait for a response was less than a day. Any issues or concerns have been addressed immediately. They have worked with us to perfect and fine tune to cater to our business needs. We can't imagine not having Easybee and I highly recommend them.
