This service was TERRIBLE

This service was TERRIBLE! We did the two week trial for my law firm. The operators are not able to obtain proper phone numbers or emails or information from clients. We lost so much business. The Manager, Moises, makes all kinds of excuses and never fixes the errors. The owner, Richard Bell, does not care. Stay far away from this call center if you value your business. We will not be using this unprofessional answering service for our business. There are so many better options out there. Cheaper is NOT better.

I have been using EasyBee for several…

I have been using EasyBee for several months now and have had only a positive experience. I’ve been impressed with the team’s ability to succinctly capture the legal issues my leads and clients are calling about. I receive an email summarizing the reason for the call, and to my relief and delight they have proven to be accurate, reliable and efficient.

I was not asked by EasyBee to write this review. I reached out to say thank you and offered to write a testimonial.

Would totally recommend

Would totally recommend. They are professional and never miss a call. My only problem is that sometimes the calls don't sound very well or they miss to forward a call. However, I always tell them about it and they talk it out with their team to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Easbee is hands-down the best…

Easbee is hands-down the best answering/receptionist service out there. I’ve used the service for over a year and I’ve never had any issues. Their staff are professional and well versed in working with bilingual clients.

Overall helpful service .. quick responses with issues

Overall the service has been very helpful for my business. Anytime there has been an issue or question, my manager has responded without delay! .. There are a few little quirks to improve but overall great service!

I love my Easybee service

I love my Easybee service. They schedule using my product. I have MS Bookings. Moises Hasbun is an excellent representative and has looked out for my best interests when analyzing my service needs. Good bang for your buck

I love the fact that Easybee is affordable and that the receptionists are bilingual. I have encountered a few issues here and there (appointments being scheduled in the wrong time zone, calls being dropped, and messages containing misspelled names), but customer service is very prompt in addressing the issues. All in all, I feel you get a lot of bang for your buck.

We have used Easybee for several months…

We have used Easybee for several months to stop using an auto-attendant, allowing our callers to speak with real humans. The experience has been great so far and callers appear to be happy. The call agents follow our script and route calls efficiently and in a timely manner.
