James came to the rescue at a very stressful time when we suddenly needed to clear our Mums deceased estate during lockdown. He came to view the property on the same day we contacted him and was prompt at sending us the quote, which we needed quickly to make a decision. We found his price very reasonable in comparison to others and he was always happy to talk to us on the phone ( which is unusual these days) about when was the best day to do the job.
