Stay away from this site. They came up with a new rule and additional fee which wasn't part of the plan. They are not trustworthy.

Staff are extremely helpful. Great to use.
Any questions just email them and they are quick to get back.

Probably the best crypto service available in NZ, streamlined and easy to use

They told us to migrate our coin from EC wallet, but so far, for at least 5 days, since being asked to by email, it has proved impossible. Instructions are poor, comms are poor. Just does not inspire any confidence in the outfit nor the one we are being asked to move to. Seriously annoyed.

I was a little nervous about selling some of my crypto and easycrypto made it a seamless and safe experience. I received the money in my bank acc very quick too.

Please do not use their platform if you are looking to purchase crypto in a hurry - they will let you down.

EasyCrypto provides a complete lack of clarity around some payments having up to a 72-hour delay.

The UI needs to be updated with significant warnings, or dialogues the user must agree/close when such delays could be present.

A hidden-away warning that no one can see is simply not good enough.

Long time user that will not be coming back.

I had a very quick and helpful response, very pleased with the excellent customer service.

I recently sold some XRP through BNB to Easy Crypto for NZ payment to my account. I failed to do a memo and contacted Easy Crypto (Matt ) to help me locate the crypto. Matt did a manual search to match my withdrawal using his own company time. Their communication and dedication to helping goes way beyond what you'd expect. Easy Crypto are actually easy to deal with and I won't be using anyone else.

I’ve used EasyCrypto multiple times and spent a significant amount of money on the platform, so this review comes from real, repeated use, not a one-off experience.

While the platform is convenient when it works, the major issue is reliability. My account has been placed into re-verification more than once within a short period, and each time this has completely blocked my ability to transact. In at least two cases, this prevented me from completing time-sensitive transactions.

I understand AML and compliance requirements and I’m willing to provide information when needed. However, repeatedly freezing an account without warning, especially for an existing, previously verified customer, makes the service impractical for anyone who actively trades or needs dependable access to their funds.

The biggest problem is the lack of continuity: when verification is triggered, there’s no alternative path, no partial access, and no clear explanation of whether this will keep happening in the future. In a market where timing matters, this is a serious limitation.

EasyCrypto may suit casual, infrequent users, but based on my experience, it’s not reliable enough for active users who need predictable access to buy or sell crypto.

Over 72 hours later, the LTC order is still marked as “delivering”, with no TXID and no transaction visible on the Litecoin network
I’ve used Easy Crypto for years via acount2account (with occasional delays), but card payments clearly aren’t instant.
I’ve contacted support via live chat got a bot and email and haven’t received a response so far.
So far worse experience i've had with then.

They dealt with an issue where their system didn’t match my payment with my order quickly and efficiently.

I am very happy with Easy Crypto and have been using their services for a few years now as it's a very simple system to use. I made an error recently and messaged them to say what had happened, and it was sorted out very quickly. Thanks Easy Crypto!
