Fix easy crypto Australia
First of all, I want to say easycrypto Nz is amazing. They have been fantastic over the the years. This is why its a 2 stars instead of 1. However easy crypto Australia is absolute garbage and I highly recommend using a different platform. First of all, you cant use a debt card making it a nightmare to use, because of this you have to do a bank transfer. While this isn't that bad, the problem is they take forever to process your transaction, if its past like 3pm its not coming until like 10 am the next day. Unlike in nz, and using a debt card they dont guarantee your purchase price. So if It fluxurates between then good luck. For example I lost 10% of what it said on a buy because of this. Do not buy from them until they fix it.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear your experience with Easy Crypto Australia hasn’t met expectations. We understand how frustrating price fluctuations can be, especially without guaranteed rates. We do lock in your rate once we receive your payment, but it may not process until the next day.
Just to share some context: Easy Crypto AU operates under a different banking and regulatory framework than NZ, which limits some of the features we can offer (like card payments).
Unfortunately, the reason why your order was not executed until a day later was outside of our control. Your order was created at 10pm but we did not receive the transfer from your bank until 10:40am the next day.
Some banks are instant and others take up to one business day to clear. Unfortunately, although we have tried to facilitate, some banks will not reduce these time frames.
If you'd be open to it, we'd love the chance to follow up on your order directly and make sure your account is set up correctly. Just drop us a line at help@easycrypto.com so we can take a closer look.

Easy Crypto is just a bad site
Easy Crypto is just a bad site. The app is different from the website in its function and is so frustrating. Yes it has a good exchange rate with NZD but buyer beware. I have over 10 exchange accounts around the world and this site/app is just horrendous. If you are just learning - DO NOT USE THIS SITE - You will get frustrated and angry for no good reason. Crypto is a little complicated - but not this site/app - this site takes it to another level. Its truly horrendous. Find anywhere else.

Most of the time it's good
Most of the time it's good. Sadly there have been delays in the past and the response from the help team was delayed. Eventually it was corrected by Easycrypto but the delay caused unnecessary stress.
I have found a faster and better way to buy crypto in NZ now so I am reluctant to use Easycrypto again. Service was just not up to par when dealing with actual people's money.

In this case, a technical issue on our side temporarily impacted outgoing BTC transactions. Our Support team weren't able to immediately resolve this due to the technical nature of the issue, but raised it to our tech team and they resolved within 12 hours of your message.
This is a very rare situation and isn't reflective of what you should normally expect from us.
That being said - we completely understand how frustrating delays can be, especially when it comes to your money, and we truly appreciate your patience while the issue was resolved.

Okay, the only thing I don't like about easy crypto is I can't call you guys lol, but you all replied to my emails and since they've verified my source of funds my transactions have been going through at a remarkably fast rate, I highly recommend easy crypto and if they ask for details about you it's only to help. 100/10 guys

Support is very slow or non responsive.
They were doing a really great job on first few orders and thought I found a good crowd, but latest order is just sitting there after days. Had an email from support asking for more info for the order which I provided quickly, but I now get no response from emails to their help@ email address.
A bit disappinting now,.might have to look elsewhere if I don't get a response soon.

Terrible Service! Beware!
I've been using EC for years, almost on a daily basis. They were fast, orders were completed within a few minutes, they were efficient and if I needed to get in touch with them about an order they responded in a timely manner and were always helpful. On Friday the 11th of July 2025 I made a LTC purchase at 6:47pm and as per usual expected to receive it within minutes, I checked the status and it was saying "In Progress" then time went on and nothing, an hour went by so I contacted them however didn't get a response until early hours the next morning saying my order had been flagged, asked me what the purchase was for, where I was sending it to, if I had been dealing with Brokers or Investors and WhatsApp. This had never happened, so I told them what is was for and still haven't had a response, its now Monday the 14th of July 2025 status is still saying In Progress, still no response from them. I emailed the help team, then emailed the complaints team asking to cancel my order and refund my money as it wasn't worth the hassel and still haven't had a response, no update, no apology, nothing. This is beyond rediculous and I will no longer be using EC, they are no longer NZs only crypto exchange, and I have gone to PIN (pay it now network) so if you're unsure about EC go check out PIN Network.
