The service was good enough, and met expectations.
I had an issue that was my stuff up and they sorted it their end within about 30mins (which I thought was pretty quick!) after I circumvented the AI email service.

It is impossible to get your money out…
It is impossible to get your money out of your wallet and back into your bank account. The help is useless and only responds in the middle of the night, so a conversation to resolve an issue takes many days. Absolutely hopeless!

I have recently started using EasyCrypto and being slightly older(!), sometimes I find that technology doesn't behave as I would like it to. I had a few problems with my first transaction but can't speak highly enough of the help and guidance I received. Easy Crypto’s been fantastic, to be honest. I was a tad nervous starting out with crypto, but they’re great at leading you through it all, step by step. I’ve stuffed up a couple of times, and they’ve been quick to get me sorted—no hanging around for days waiting for a reply, which is awesome. Their rates are pretty competitive too. Really happy with them!

Very user friendly
Very user friendly, smooth transactions. My only bug bear is the $3 transaction fee. When doing Debit to crypto purchase. Otherwise, super stoked to find a new Zealand owned crypto app. Regardless of the fee, happy to continue using the services.

Massive trade mainipulation
Zero transparency of order process. They claim to buy on confirmation of order, but delayed processing for days while prices dropped, this was a large amount, so they made thousands delaying my transfer, so they could by the DIP and hold me to the highet rates.
They claim they needed information that I supplied to them days earlier.
They get you on fx exchange fees, token exhange and their delays.
Bunch or crooks - do not use!

The delay in processing was due to a compliance review, which is a legal requirement we must follow to ensure a secure and safe trading environment. Unfortunately, during this time, the market price changed, but we did not benefit from this in any way—your assets were already purchased at the original rate.
We understand that delays can be frustrating, and we’re always working to improve our processes while ensuring we meet compliance requirements. I've also been in touch with you about this via email and have provided specifics on the times and purchase rates of your crypto.
Effective Red Flag, Great Communication
I was trying something new and Easy Crypto raised a possible red flag on a transaction. Consequently, I reviewed the process I needed to follow, then amended the transaction which was subsequently successful.
Communication from Easy Crypto was excellent.
