Rubbish！！！！！！！

Very happy with the service provided. The whole process was straight forward and results were emailed in 5days.Customer service were very helpful too. I contacted them at 6pm and got a reply within half an hour.. would recommend them

Results arrived 3 days earlier than expected. All my questions answered by knowledgeable staff.

Sent off for a dog breed test, kit came out fast but took almost 6 weeks to get results, after emailing and questioning. Turns out our staffy cross is a st Bernard crossed with an Irish wolfhound......what a load of nonsense, don't waste your money!

A fast efficient service. I created my own sample collection kit following their instructions which was straight forward. The communication and update on the process was great and my result came 1 day earlier than anticipated. Many thanks.

I paid a lot of money for the easy dna gender test. At 15 weeks I took the test, followed the instructions correctly and awaited my results. I was thrilled when after 3 daughters the results came back saying I was having a much wanted baby boy. However, a few weeks later the 20 weeks scan showed a perfectly healthy baby girl!!!! I did a further test with nimble diagnostics which showed girl.
I emailed easy dna who appeared not to show any regret for the mistake that they had made and sent me back an insincere email to reply. I wish I had never had the dna test, it’s been harder accepting another daughter when I spent several weeks believing it was a son. Please don’t waste your money the company is a con.

There's was confusion with deliveries as my kit never got delivered to me. The Manager stated he would get another sent out via recorded delivery so I could track it and a signature upon delivery and I asked for tracking details via email he was more than understanding and I grateful. Upon still not having received my kit I phoned up ..no tracking details sent to my email. The adviser was obstinate and claimed rather nonchalantly if I didn't want to listen there are no notes about tracking details but she would send another kit out ..it's not their fault but royal mail and I should take it up with them (I was stunned)

I got put through to the Manager and he was nasty and rude and spoke over me!? Then contradicted and said I was speaking over him! Gave me rules and terms ..it was in no uncertain words either shut up and wait or refund.
1. The mere inconvenience of waiting around for a kit and then another kit apparently being sent out but no one has tracking details.
2. I used this service based on reviews alone and how efficient the company is ...clearly I received the wrong end.
3. Such a shame and misconduct

Very good company to deal with, they advised us when they had received our sample and we received the results much sooner than the 3 weeks we thought we would have to wait. Results came through by e-mail and with a hard copy by post, Excellent service, would highly recommend.

Ich bin ausgesprochen zufrieden mit dem Service der Firma Easy Dna.
Der Gesundheitstest, auf verschiedene genetische Anlagen, wurde sehr schnell geliefert, war einfach
durchzuführen und auch der Rückversand im bereits beschrifteten Umschlag ging rasch vonstatten.
Schon nach 3 Tagen kam die Rückmeldung, dass der Test das Labor erreicht hat.
Der Zeitraum, bis das Ergebnis vorliegt, wurde mit 19-21 Tagen angegeben, tatsächlich wurden mir
die Dateien bereits nach 18 Tagen per Email übermittelt.
Die Testergebnisse waren ausführlich beschrieben und alles auf 31 Seiten gut verständlich
aufgegliedert.
Auch als ich vorab eine Frage hatte, wurde mir diese telefonisch, sehr kompetent und zu meiner
vollsten Zufriedenheit, beantwortet.
Ich hatte einen Risikofaktor in meinen Genen ( Folatstoffwechsel – Genotyp TT), der dann durch eine
Blutuntersuchung abgeklärt wurde und nun behandelt wird.
Ich bin sehr froh, dass es die Möglichkeit dieser DNA Untersuchung gibt und mittlerweile haben sich
auch etliche Bekannte und Familienmitglieder dazu entschlossen.

I am extremely satisfied with the service of Easy Dna.
The health test, on different genetic plants, was delivered very quickly, was easy
and also the return in the envelope already described was swift.
Already after 3 days came the confirmation that the test reached the laboratory.
The period until the result is given, was indicated with 19-21 days, actually became mine
the files are sent via e-mail after 18 days.
The test results were described in detail and everything on 31 pages well understood
broken down.
Also when I had a question in advance, this was me, very competently and to mine
full satisfaction.
I had a risk factor in my genes (folate metabolism - genotype TT), which was then replaced by a
Blood test has been clarified and is now being treated.
I am very glad that there is the possibility of this DNA examination and have now become
also many friends and family members decided to do so.

I am very impressed with the high level of accuracy provided by the test! It checked out in so many areas that I knew were sensitive. Above all, it really empowers one to take charge of their health through a personalized preventative approach.

We decided to use EasyDNA after checking a few other sites but chose EasyDNA because their website gave more information than the others. It was a good choice as they were very organised and gave us the results a day early

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! I had the Gender blood test at 9weeks+4 days which told me I was having a baby girl. After 2 boys I was over the moon and for 9 weeks started preparing for my new arrival. Until a private scan and an NHS scan both told me I was in fact having a boy. I was suitably annoyed with Easy DNA and after emailing the manager 'Stephen' he offered the only possible explanation was that at 9 weeks I did not yet have enough of the Y chromosome in my blood to detect that it was a male fetus at that point in y pregnancy. I did accept this as a possible reason as I do appreciate these tests are relying on biology therefore decided to pay for a re-test at 21 weeks only to have the same Girl result! At this point I had seriously begun to worry that there maybe something wrong as my baby seemed male on screen but with no male DNA and it has been a very worrying time for my family (in the mean time another ultrasound had confirmed boy). When emailing Stephen again he has tried to fob me off with numerous reasons eg at one point he said the sample could have been contaminated and I correctly stated that the only way this would be the case was that if I had had a incorrect boy result which had been contaminated with male DNA, not the other way around. The excuse that the test was taken too early is also invalid due to my having the re test at 21 weeks! He then said that the only possible explanation was that I could be within the 1% of the population who just sheds the babies DNA extremely quickly! I thought this is very unlikely however maybe possible therefore I decided to have a gender blood test with another company who uses a completely different laboratory called Nimble Diagnostics. I was fully expecting the results should say girl as even if the baby is a boy I trusted Easy DNA in their explanation, but nope results came back as Y chromosome clearly detected - baby BOY!! i WILL BE INTERESTED TO SEE HOW EASY DNA EXPLAIN THIS... AS THE ONLY EXPLANATION TO ME IS THE COMPANY IS UNRELIABLE & I COULD HAVE SAVED A LOT OF HEARTACHE AND WORRY BY AVOIDING THEM COMPLETELY!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
