Poor service
I ordered a pair of boots, paid for them, all fine.
I was told that they had been dispatched so I waited for the stated length of time for postage, then contacted them.
Apparently they had disappeared, between warehouse and post office, now no stock available, so money refunded.
I was very disappointed ☹️
Hence the 1 star because I had to do all the chasing with emails.

Boots were lovely quality. However, along with most other manufacturers/suppliers, the width around the ankle is not increased/adjusted for wider feet but seemingly the same as for standard size width feet. It would be great if someone would address this. Item returned

Best comfy sandals and shoes
Bought sandals for my mum. She was so happy to get a lovely pair that are comfortable and stylish. Mum has very bad bunions and the Velcro fasting worked so well. I bought a 2nd pair. One very happy 80 year old mum and very comfortable. Thank you
