A long time to arrive
I ordered a pair of shoes & paid for 24/48 hour delivery. The shoes took 5 working days to arrive & when I rang customer services I was told that I should wait 2 more days before they would consider giving me a refund. On the plus side the shoes were just what I ordered so I am happy!

I ordered and paid for 3 pair, I have received 2 pair, I was told they would be delivered last week, I am still waiting for the trainers. I am very annoyed and tomorrow I am going to cancel them , and have my money refunded. I have waited since July, so I think I have a right to be upset .

Arrived promptly. The sandals were for my Mother who has been wearing flip flop style shoes as her feet are so swollen. The sandals that arrived were perfect for her and she could put them on unaided. She was absolutely delighted with them.

Rapid despatch, boots are soft and wide
Shoes were despatched quickly. As they are winter boots i haven't worn them much. The laces are a bit short making them more difficult to put on and there weŕe small bits of lining sticking out so not particularly well finished inside. However the boots are wide and soft so i'm hopeful of them being comfortable

Not happy with the products
Not happy with the products. Advertised as wide fitting etc but wouldn't even fit my husbands narrow feet let alone my diabetic swollen feet. Glad I paid for the return cost when purchased but am annoyed about it as they are not wide fitting so cost me money to find this out. The only ood thing I can say is fast delivery and easy returns.

Delay with order
I don't feel I can award 5 stars as I am still waiting for my sandals to arrive. The first pair came very quickly but its 3.5 weeks and I'm still waiting for the second pair?
