This was a large double width roller shutter door which was straightforward to fit although I needed help from my son to fit it because of the weight of the roller. The door is of excellent quality, looks great and works well. Good advice provided over the phone if you need any additional explanation on the details of fitting the door. I would recommend this garage door to anyone reasonably competent at DIY.

I decided to replace an old up and over double garage door as it was increasingly difficult to open and didnt provide a very waterproof seal.
I contacted Easy Fit Garage doors and got an estimate, using my measured dimensions.These were checked by one of their staff and the visit helped clarify which options would be needed to make a good job.
I accepted the quote and a day was set for the installation. The guys came along, removed the old doors and made a splendid job of installation to provide the perfect solution. The overall finish is very smart and the doors open via a radio remote fob from the car, or a manual switch in the garage.

i bought a roller door 3 years ago, it was delivered very promptly and the driver helped to get inside the garage.

The door took no more than 3 hours to install, make sure you have a long spirit level and a good drill and bits.

Has worked without any problems and the finish is as good today as when first fitted (dark blue)

Bought a supply only garage door from Easyfit, it was delivered and found to be the wrong size despite company having photos and correct dimensions. Company sent fitter to remove door and extend with extra sections, but was still short. Returned again to fit more panels. Since installation I have sold the property, but is still less than 12 months I have been contacted by the buyer to say that the door came crashing down and won’t open. Company asking for £299+ VAT to come out and look, they said it was a DIY install and they are not liable, even though they had been out twice and removed the door to add panels. Avoid like the plague, the woman in the office seems really nice when you are ordering but is really rude when you are wanting help.

In response to the companies reply below, I would like to say that the drawings and measurements I sent were correct. The error in manufacture was solely down to Easyfit Garage Doors. The engineer visited site with insufficient slats to extend the wrongly made door, and had to return to add more. On both occasions he removed the door to add the slats and as such had reinstalled the door. I ordered the door in June 2017 but did not receive it until August and wasn’t fully finished until 25-08-17, I contacted the company in July 18 regarding the problems I was having, This should have been under the warranty. I think Easyfit Garage Doors should get the facts correct and invest a lot more time and effort into Customer Services. Poor Show

Dreadful. Customer service is great until you’ve made a purchase, then awful. It seems only way is to go to small claims. Wish I’d checked their google reviews first

Ordered two Anthracite grey roller doors that turned up within 4 days. Easy to fit excellent quality and look fantastic. Customer service was spot on, you can't go wrong, thanks of the help and advice when ordering.

After installing the roller door there were a few minor issue's but they sent out one of their engineers who sorted the issues very quickly. I am really very happy with the quality and operation of the door and I would recommend this company if you are looking for garage doors.

Delivery was bang on time. The delivery guy explained the method regarding installing the door. I did have to ring with a question about wiring this was answered and explained very clear. Would recommend them guy to anyone very professional.

Generally very happy. The order process was very straight-forward and once ordered, the garage door arrived within the week. The price was excellent and the quality seems superb. A couple of things to note that will help with installation:

A: if ordering with the back box, make sure you have an angle grinder or rivet tool to hand. For some reason the back box comes pre-riveted to the frame. This needs to be removed to mount the roller and curtain otherwise access and fixing points are covered. I can't possibly imagine why it needs to be riveted... they could easily use self tapping screws or bolts. It's bizarre and frustrating. You will also need to cut out an access hole to introduce the manual override mechanism. Again, the metal side plates need to be cut. A good hack saw will do it but and angle grinder is much quicker.

B: The instructions can be a bit lacking in parts as some are for an older model. However, a bit of patience sees you through.

C: It took me 5 hours to fit (some head scratching was involved when it came to cutting) but allow a good amount of time. You will also need 2 people to fit the curtain.

In summary: very happy. I have saved a packet by fitting it myself and it seems great quality. It's a well insulated door and the garage is already noticeable quieter and warmer as a result. Only gripe i that the back box removal was an unexpected chore and the instructions are ropey.

The service was excellent and the two door's look far better than we expected, it also did not take long for them to be fitted.

Door delivered on time, safely wrapped and was easy to fit.
Just need to pay attention to instructions on wiring up and understanding the adjustments. Once mastered very easy to install. Works well and looks good.

The doors are quality and very easy to fit. My only negative is the remote controls, the buttons are hard to press and takes a lot of pressure to keep activated. But overall very happy

Really struggled to find a company who did garage doors!, came across Easyfit and made contact. The process was straight forward, they were very knowledgeable about the product and the fitting of the door was seamless.

Overall very happy with both the service and the quality of the product, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The whole experience has been really excellent. I ordered by phone with Tracy and after discussing the sizes with her.

The delivery driver was a very pleasant guy who carried it all round to my garage at the back of the property and his smile didn't slip once.

I agonised over the actual fitting for ages (and several calls to Tracy to double & triple check things I wasn't sure of) but once I got started it was a piece of cake.

I was very careful with measuring, making sure that everything was level etc. and it all paid off as it all worked perfectly first time.

The control unit was a piece of cake to wire and setup. The overall quality of all the parts is excellent, the finish is really nice and looks like it should look good for a long time.

Tracey was very helpful I spoke to her asking for a samples of the anthracite grey so I could see if colour matched my existing front door which arrived the next day and was a perfect match. The roller garage door is easy to fit and looks great. All the information you need is on their website instructions very clear to follow if you fit it yourself like I did. Very good delivery my door was ready and delivered within a week of ordering I am very pleased that used this company, thoroughly recommend them. Thanks to all at easyfit garage doors.
