Delivery
As always, TJ(sales associate) was excellent with helping get what I wanted, but the delivery person for the Cold Lake store was suppose to deliver my stuff on Wednesday between 4-5pm and I left work early so that I could be at home when he arrived. He did not show up with my merchandise. I phone the store and was informed that there was no room on the truck for my merchandise. The driver did not even call me or the sales associate to inform us that the delivery was not going to happen. I was not happy with how this situation happened.
