Didn't know it was owned previously owned

Didn't know it was owned previous for the 3k I'm paying for the laptop my battery kinda sucks and there's micro scratches all across the top
The customer service was awsome and good to deal with but was never told the product I was getting was a return

Been a client for almost 20 years

Been a client for almost 20 years, was great until last year. Mixing me up with another client, kept calling me saying I was approved for a loan. Wasn't me. Last month talked to the store manager. Could do a buy out on my last item . Was happy about it . Was told my payment wouldn't be taken out and on the payment day I could pay it off. Guess what payment was taken out. Gonna cost me an extra $80. They lost a client today

Your fine print is hilarious

Your fine print is hilarious. The fact the better business bureau even certified this is a miserable joke. If you wanted to help people built credit or whatever, you can do it with significantly lower margins than "29.9-35%". And for anyone considering this shit, please just learn to save your money, it is so important to learn how to spend over the terrible scams they offer.
