Not very powerful will not remove any wax at all
It cannot deal with a major wax blockage on tts own* but can be used to prevent wax building up.. * try earol liquid or similar in conjuction with it

I purchased this item thinking it would clean my ears, unfortunately the product dos not work as prescribed, no suction whatsoever and poor quality. Very disappointed. Thankfully Easylife refunded the Money.

Make a humming sound and that all has vents at the back these vent have aren't any holes so no ventilation should have saved money

This ear wax remover is not powerful enough to dislodge ear wax. It has a very weak vibration motion that’s completely ineffective.
