Extremely poor. The thing does not have enough air flow to achieve anything. If you feel the back you can feel no air at all. Would not recommend. Total waste of money.

It did not work. No wax was extracted from my ears nor my wife's ears.
Works well, however can’t work out where the wax goes.I suffer with excess wax, in the past when I have used NHS to clear my ears I was able to see the volume of wax removed, however it has worked so no problem at the moment

A very useful and handy piece of technology which is simpl to use. I use this item almost every day and have experienced some definite improvment. Given its overall price, it is certainly value for money. Obviously, it is no replacement for those people with suspcted ear infections or problems. Such persons should consult the approprite professionals. However, it is a positive way of maintaining regular ear hygiene.

Unfortunately it was totally unable to perform the function it claimed to do. I used it as per instructions and it extracted nothing so I returned it to Easylife.

Totally ineffective, flexible tip removes a small amount of wax without the device being switched on. Would need at least 10 times the suction to remove any wax.
