I am sorry but for me it simply does not work. I find it difficult to know when it is switched on and even when someone else has switched it on for me and has also adjusted it to the highest level it still does not work for me. When anyone is talking to me they have to raise their voice quite a lot. Thank you for asking Cynthia Pinhorn

This gadget really does improve hearing, although sometimes speech is subject to some background crackle. A bit fiddly to operate.

I m very pleased with this hearing aid . I wear it indoors as it’s too bulky to wear out . It helps me from having the television too loud and annoying other members of family. It also helps me with telephone conversations and for the price it’s certainly an excellent buy .
