I have not used it yet because I do not understand the very complicated directions for usage!!! i am still trying to work them out!

Absolute rubbish! Advertised as a 'digital' hearing aid with no 'feedback'. Quite the contrary! It, intermittently, buzzed severely. Unusable! Worse than my, whistling feedback, analogue hearing aid. Gave one star for design of product.
brill, works very well, especially watching telly, find it a little bulky, took a little time to get volume correct.

Pretty good wee hearing aide my mother has 4 now and they charge up quite quickly and are easier to wear inside the ear for her.
