I ordered this product for a disabled friend, I did not think it was suitable for him (mainly the size)however he said he wanted to try it. I went back to in a couple days later to see how he was doing? I honestly thought I would be returning it to easy life but he actually lost it…. I searched high and low but couldn’t find it.this is one of the reasons I didn’t want him to have it,his hand can barely hold items .Obviously this is not easylife problem but I think people should understand what they are buying

This item does do what it says and helps to some level. It should have came with a small brush for cleaning that was not in the box. It also should have had 3 sizes of small caps but it only had the one that was on it which is a bit too big so I can't get it into my ear properly.

Brilliant little hearing aid. Wish I had purchased one for my partner a long time ago. We have both been able to listen to the TV without my head being blown off so he can hear it. Well done.
