I recently had EasyLifting Stairlifts recondition my parents' 23-year-old stairlift, and I must say, they did a fantastic job! They exceeded our expectations and made the stairlift look and function like new again.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Easylifting Stairlifts. They recently installed a reconditioned stairlift for my parents, and the entire experience was excellent. The engineer was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the process. The stairlift itself is in fantastic condition and has greatly improved my parents' mobility and independence at home. Customer care was second to none, Sam the engineer came out and fitted a temporary stair lift whilst ours was being fixed, after he re-installed it, we had a slight problem with it, but Sam came out at night 11pm, to make sure everything was fixed and in working order. I would highly recommend this company.

Arrived at my mum & dads the same day managed to fit them in which is a life saver for my mum & prevents her from having to stay upstairs.

I can't praise Sam and his team enough, their expertise and service was exactly what I was looking for
regarding my mums needs for a stairlift;

1) Promptly arrived at the appointment times, both on the day of the quote and then again on installation day.
2) Very friendly and honest, put both me and my mum at ease regarding the installation and their aftercare service.
3) Work was completed with minimal noise and disruption, Sam took the time to fully go through the chairs operation and what if's scenario's. My mum was then fully at ease using the stairlift and hasn't really looked back since.

I hadn't realised just how much the stairlift would improve my mums quality of life, and I would like to thank Sam for helping us to select the right stairlift for my mums circumstances and making the whole process so pleasant.

My mums old stairlift stopped working, so I phoned this company and spoke to Sam. He came out straight away and informed me that it was beyond repair. The next day he fitted a reconditioned stairlift and I thought that was great service. So once again thanks Sam.

This is the second time I’ve used this company. Sam is always helpful and does a quality install , the stairlifts have both come with a 2yr warranty , can’t complain for the money .

I used those guys for servicing my mum's stairlift and thy done a great job , had few quotes of different companies and prices was really high , some companies told me that the stairlift is beyond repair. Mike the engineer of easylifting stairlift serviced the stairlift and made really great job .
