Wrong information given on multiple occasions.
Told order had been dispatched when it hadn’t etc. Ended up having to buy interim locks from another supplier, will use them in future.
I see that Google Reviews lists more truthful reviews than TrustPilot...

I can see that your item was delivered on 31st January and the order was only placed on 28th January with a standard 2-5-day delivery, so we are unsure as to what the issue is here.
I can see that you were miss quoted by a member of our live chat team that we apologise for, however we never charged the additional amount and honoured the price quoted.
In regards to our reviews on Trustpilot you can see that we have thousands compared to only 4 on Google , you will notice that the Trustpilot reviews are verified which means when a customer places an order it automatically sends them an email to review us meaning they are very accurate and genuine as an oppose to Google.

Radar Key.
Bought a Radar Key off this Company and at first attemp to use I would find a faulty Lock in Toilets in St Anne's and thought it was a faulty key?? But after trying the Key in Blackpool in a Danflow Block and others since then??Can only say that this item is First Class in the function it is sold for?? Very good design and manufacture and good material used in the production.So on that basis I would Reccomend this company on any of their products.(Rating-10/10.)

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. The website is easy to use and if assistance is needed when placing an order there is an extremely helpful person on the end of the phone. I ordered a window lock, knowing that the one I was replacing is now obselete. The one supplied by Easylocks was the perfect replacement (2 out of the 5 screw holes were in a different place - I only needed to drill 2 holes in the window frame and job done. Would definitely recommend Easylocks to everyone.
