I ordered 3 shutter locks on Friday and…

I ordered 3 shutter locks on Friday and I paid over the extra delivery charge to make sure I get them on a Saturday. Advisor charged me the extra and reassured me that I will definitely get them the following day (saturday). I completed the order.i didn't get an email confirmation, Saturday came and went, no delivery, Sunday was the same, got to Wednesday, still no delivery, rang them up and I was told that because my postcode falls into the Highlands area, the delivery company couldn't deliver straight away. I looked this up. My postcode is NOT in the Highlands. So that was just a pathetic excuse. Then they also took my email address again and I later got an email that Wednesday that my parcel has been lost in transit. I did get my refund but this company is a joke, they put the blame on anyone else but themselves. Train your advisors better rather than let them reassure people before actually knowing stuff. Really annoying. You can get the same things cheaper and quicker in ebay. Don't waste your time with this company.

hows that for adjustment? your colleague had to double check the email address on wednesday due to me not receiving the email when i ordered on the friday before. And your colleague should have done checks once i mentioned the postal code before reassuring me that i will get the delivery the next day. it should not be upto DPD to tell us when our delivery is due, if we have been told to make a extra payment for it to be next day, we should have it the next day, you took my money and told me the situation after, if i'd known before that i wouldn't receive my delivery the next day then i wouldn't have ordered from you in the first place.

I ordered and paid for a Titon espag…

I ordered and paid for a Titon espag right-handed window handle. They sent me a left. I returned it with order number and original invoice. After emails and two phone calls, I always had the reply "we will resolve soon". In fact I was eventually told my handle was out of stock over the phone, my original order. I even said I'd accept a white one for the bathroom or as a back-up in an emergency.
No word in two weeks, no refund either, quick to take money.
So very poor in customer care I would recommend to avoid this company and go straight to a manufacturer for better service and respect. They owe me, and just keep ignoring my honest request for a handle.

Firstly, I would like to apologise for you receiving the incorrect goods, this was due to us being sent the incorrect stock. All the Right handed stock we received was in fact left hand, we have been informed that your goods will be re-sent tomorrow, we have sent an email to you confirming this.

I have checked the email chains with yourself and customer services and can see there has been correspondence which wasn’t just “we will resolve this” there were various questions asked.

You should received your goods no later than Wednesday.
