still waiting

i needed a patio door lock to replace one that was broken,the customer services were very helpful the lock and catch located in minutes.emailed me to say dispatch by royal mail bit priceybut no problem i contacted easylocks on mon i was told stores would email me as soon as possible.
I am still waitingfor some form of contact i have just telephoned the contact phone number the answer service still has xmas opening hours maybe i will get lock or some form of contact ,i did notice the money was taken immediatly!!!

In regards to the Christmas out of hours greeting we have now updated this, it’s strange that it’s been some months and no other customer has mentioned it, but we thank you for noticing it and allowing us to get it resolved.

replacement patio door lock

Finding the right replacement for our patio door lock had proved to be a nightmare until I contacted easylocks, within minutes they had identified the product and given me the part no. It is all now fitted and working - excellent service and knowledge.

Fantastic service.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
They were unable to actually provide me with the parts I needed but they put me in direct contact with a company who could.

The Ingersoll Rim Cylinder

The Ingersoll Rim Cylinder arrived and is fitted and works. However there was no instructions with the package. Fortunately I have a neighbour who knows what to do as he has the requisite skills. I downloaded the drawing but without written guidelines I did reach the limit of my capability.

Ordered a set keys as replacement for lost keys
Sent a photo of lock - agreed the order and keys received,
Unfortunately the keys did not work, Agreed to post the lock back to Easylocks and received a set of keys and returned lock by 1st class post within a few days.
Excellent service, no hassle and recommended
