Quick delivery and excellent customer service. Shame screws were not included and it didn't say which ones were needed as I could have bought some before fitter arrived. This meant extra payment & time to completion as person who fitted had to go out and purchase them. Would have paid extra to have them included. But gave it 5 stars for excellent telephone and email responses.

Entrance locks
I ordered 2 sets of Era locks one in chrome and one in brass so that I could mix them and have chrome outside and brass inside- wife's idea (don't ask) + 2 extra keys It all worked well with fast delivery and at a good price.
One knob came in a box and the other in a bubble pack but I was surprised that one lock had a variable inset from the door edge and the other was fixed and that the through connecting screws were different threads on both locks.
Would recommend Easylocks. I didn't tell them what I intended doing.

We are really confused what the 3 star was for here, you placed your order on a standard 48 hour despatch by 1st class, your order was placed 10 minutes before we closed 16:50pm on 14th and was despatched the following day on 15th by the method you chose (1st class).
Royal mail usually delivery the item/s the following day with 1st class however it is not guaranteed which is why we also offer a next day service.
I hope this makes sense and please do come back to us should you require further assistance.

I can see from you order that you placed in on a standard and not next day delivery.
We aim to despatch all Royal mail orders within 48 hours by 1st class mail which in general means that within 5 days your parcel should be with you, unless there are further delays with Royal mail which are out of our control.
