Very good prices the second order I put with them what's delivered in good time but the first order I put them consisting of guttering and downpipes was delivered in drips and draps and downpipes was badly marked scratches and rub marks the full length of the pipes.

Two different orders issues
On an order placed late last year the wrong terram order was delivered which although a pain does happen so thought nothing too much of it and was refunded swiftly for the error. I ordered another full roll of terram over a week ago which although after 5 phone calls was informed it was out for delivery 3 days on the trot it still hasn't arrived with no explanation of where it is so have now cancelled this order unfortunately as it was required for a job. Very friendly on the phone but for one reason or another nothing got sorted, shop local next time I suppose

We were let down by the courier on this order unfortunately, we do warn on our delivery information page that it can take up 6 working days if something goes wrong with the courier, although it is very rare we like to be honest and warn about it.
Our courier had upgraded your order to an AM delivery today, as we had complained to them last week for the delays. But as per your call with my colleague this morning we have asked them to RTS this now as you no longer need it.

Change your credit card address if you move house!!
I ordered Terram and managed to have EasyMerchant deliver it to the wrong address...! No problem, as EM found it at the DHL depot and returned it to my correct address. This is my second EM order for Terram, it is an outstanding product provided by an exceptional team at EM. Well done Folks- brilliant job AGAIN !

Very high shipping costs
Only experienced the web site to date, now awaiting a very expensive delivery service, why these services ask for a review before even shipping the product is beyond me.
The main item of note was the wide stoke listed, but shipping costs are very expensive and not a fast enough to qualify the costs.
