Product was delivered intact, if a bit slow. The product itself, 'Sock Aid' appears reasonably well made and durable. People with larger feet, mine are US 16, may find the product a bit small.

Not what I expected!
I was excited about receiving these glasses, but disappointed once I got them. They are quite flimsy and also too big (strap-wise), and cannot be adjusted properly. I would only recommend for someone with a large head.

Your fast attention to the product was excellent although I found that I could not get it to help with putting my stocking on. I think the product would be alright for ordinary stockings but not the very tight medical ones although you do advertise it as such. I am afraid it is a complete failure as far as I am concerned

The product is a sock aid and that is how it is advertised. As a sock aid it is the best on the market and the testimonials we have received prove this. In some cases it does help with compression stockings and it has helped some people but we also sell a stocking donner which is a more suited to assist when you are putting on stockings. We suggest you try that instead. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be pleased to accept returns.
