they used to be really good and convenient for someone who doesnt send parcels frequently but lately service has been terrible. you pay for the delivery fee but they dont inform the courier that there is a package that needs to be picked up. ive had this issue multiple times now. its just getting worse

Very dishonest and unreliable service.
They automatically charge your card under the guise of 'weight discrepancy charges' and asks that you provide photo proof of your parcel weight if you file a dispute. Shouldn't it be the other way around where they should be the one providing photo evidence of the 'weight discrepancy' when taking other people's money?

User friendly with different courier selection.

Most unreliable service. They impose penalty despite showing proof the weight of the item sent. They also charged my recipient. I am not satisfied and feel cheated.

Bad service, their management is chaos, parcels always go no way and pending there for long, no one follow up even the have a live chat on website, but they never attempt to solve problem, same as their parcel tracking system, hanging there and no response if you requested them to further address the problem.
