Warning the Easy Park App Doesn’t Work…
Warning the Easy Park App Doesn’t Work Properly. You can still get a ticket. The cursor is not registering your location and parking people do not see it as been paid. Even if you parked properly and paid for it, you can still get a 900kr. fine as I did. I contacted the customer service and sent them a copy of my ticket but they said it was not their responsibility and they would not refund my ticket and wished me a very nice Monday. This is unbelievable! Obviously neither me, my friends or my extended family will never use that Easy Park App for parking. Please be aware of it too.

It is unbelievable that you are still blaming me for getting the ticket. The car license number and location was correct. You got copies of that. Your app is not working properly and you are blaming the customers for using it. Sooner or later you will go out of business.
I am sure you have seen the reviews and comments online. I am not the first one to complain about the ticket.

Thank you for your review.
It is your own responsibility as a parkant, to make sure that the area code and license plate is correct.
Therefore always make sure that the areacode in the app, is the same as the areacode on the street signs, to prevent situations like these from happening.
The app get's it signal from the GPS inside the phone that is being used to park with in the app. Therefore if there had been an error finding the correct areacode it's the GPS signal in the phone that has led to wrong areacode.

I would never recommend anyone this app! I have used it to pay for parking in Copenhagen, only to return to my car to find a fine of 510DKK!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous! I was apparently in parking that was only allowed to stop for 1 hour, without possibility of extending the period even if paying. I would have known that if A. the app let me know and B. if they did not allow me to pay for more! This is absurd! You should correct your settings to not scam more users and honestly pay me back for the fine.

EasyPark is an app - we don't own parkinglots this is why it's not EasyPark's responsibility to have settings in the app that tells if the parking lot have special rules. It's the parkants responsibility to look at the signage to make sure to have a correct parking.
Although we can't be helpfull with the fine we wish you a nice day.

Do Not Trust this App!
We received a 750 DKK fine just because we trusted the application, the app stopped with no reason!
The app's support system did not accept our complain. They'd just mentioned that we have to check the application every now and then during our stop!

It's the costumers responsibility to make sure to have correct parking the whole time you are parked. I can't acces the case you had with us. But if you would like us to look at it again please answer the last mail you received from us.
