All of the staff I spoke to were very lovely and helpful and answered all my questions with ease. A guy i think called Bill or Will helped me see if the scooter and rental period i wanted was right for me and helped me through the paperwork. Delivery was great and fast and a lovely guy named David brought it to me and helped me figure out all the controls and everything. I'm extremely happy with the company and the scooter i hired and would and have reccomended them highly to anyone looking to hire or buy a mobility scooter

Everything was easy from start to finish, everyone was so helpful and friendly from 1st conversation to delivery driver. This is the 2nd time I've used this company and would highly recommend im looking forward to getting some independence back thanks for everything

Although I have had a scooter for 2 years David the delivery man was very thorough in how to use this scooter properly as it was different from my other. I am very pleased with the service and the scooter. Thank you so much and my thanks to David.

Kept upto date at all times. Very polite and friendly staff. Very easy to track drivers journey. Matt who delivered my scooter explained clearly how to look after and how to use all aspects of my scooter. Very pleased with the service so far.

Very helpful and explained the process thoroughly. Very friendly and professional and the scooter is fantastic for what I need....hassle free and has given me my confidence to get out and about knowing that any problems will be dealt with quickly. From start to finish the whole process was easy to do. Everything was clear in the website and no hidden extras. The people that I spoke with on the phone took their time to explain everything and checked to make sure that I understood.
In particular, David the delivery driver took time to explain how the scooter works and ensured that I was confident with how everything worked.
