Cannot fault the delivery driver was a very nice man ,although a slight fault with the scooter after a phone call he came back and sorted it and is now working fine ,that's what i call service ,many large companies you would have to wait weeks ,would recommend to anybody in the same position as me ,thank you.

Raul, the delivery driver for Mobility Giant was amazing, he explained everything how the scooter worked, waited while we checked it went through the door and explained the paperwork to us.
He was friendly, courteous and really helpful.
Would highly recommend Raul and Mobility Giant for scooter rentals.

My scooter arrived on time by a friendly man,unfortunately I haven't yet been able to go anywhere on it because I can't back it out of place it's in,it needs someone with more confidence than me,I have to to through a very narrow ally to get out to the main pathway & it has to be very precise, there's no room for mistakes it has to be very central. Maybe I've got a scooter that is too big for my access I don't know
