My plants arrived in excellent condition and look great in my living room! I’m somewhat of a newbie to plant ownership and I’m thankful to have easyplant to help me keep them alive :)

Love my plants!! Fast shipping. Beautiful additions to my home!! Highly recommend!!

I am writing this review 3 years after purchase of my pathos and money tree plants. Years 1-2 were perfect - my plants grew so abundantly that I had regularly trim them. They only had to be watered 1x/month during the winter and about every 2-3 weeks during the summer. Halfway into year 3, I noticed a lot more dead leaves and no regrowth in those areas. My first thought was that it was time to repot into a bigger space, so I reached out to customer service about that option. Instead, I received a very informative reply that steered me towards understanding I was overwatering. At first, I was confused because I only watered when the reservoir was completely empty. However, I was supposed to be checking the soil 1” deep to ensure dryness before watering again. They also suggested adding a bit of fertilizer to the water to aid in healing. I’m happy to report that after a couple of months of following these directions, I am seeing regrowth in the areas that were bare. Amazing! I’m so thankful for their knowledge and giving me confidence to keep plants in my home. Before Easyplant, I could not keep any plant alive more than a few months. If I had more sunlight in my house, I would consider getting a larger plant. For now, I so happy with my purchase - though it was pricey at first, I have definitely now gotten my return on investment.

I appreciate the packaging. I was a little worried I ordered the wrong size because the box was large. The plant inside was the perfect size and was in excellent condition. If I had to critique anything, it would be the cover over the water chamber. I would prefer it to snap in place instead of just being placed over it. That would also help it not allowing dirt to fall into the reservoir during shipping.

Four stars rather than five because the first shipment was not received but another plant was sent out immediately when I alerted customer service. The plant arrived in beautiful condition and is still looking great. I love the large watering container that self waters the plant for a month. So easy and beautiful.

This is a good company with a very good product and a novel idea. Their plans are extremely easy to maintain and care for. I have ordered seven of them already and have total satisfaction with their service. There were a couple minor issues with one or two of the plants. But I notify them and they immediately got back to me and issued new ones. And that can happen in any business. The point being your customer service is fabulous one of the best that I've experienced and I order a lot of things online. So if anyone is looking for a beautiful plant with low maintenance and care this is the place to be... Joe Rocco

Quality of the plants and the packaging as well as ease of use. I’ve currently ordered two large plants, a huge plant and a tree. It’s still early, but at this point, they look great. I’ve only had two of the large plants for two weeks and the tree for two weeks. I just got my huge plant today. I don’t see why they won’t thrive making sure placement was adequate for light.

My plant has adjusted to my apartment fantastically it’s already growing new leaves. The maintenance on it seems easy and I love the way it looks in my apartment.

Communication was great, and my plant is thriving.

My daughter had to unpack the plant for me. It looks great.

The money tree 🌳 arrived to my sons for his birthday, healthy and packaged nicely. We are impressed and would buy from easyplant again.

The second plant arrived in beautiful condition I can only go by the photos because it was a gift to my sister, but she said she absolutely loved it

Easy to order, amazing customer service. My first order, I had two plants where leaves were discolored/brown and took pics. The customer service told me they were going to replace them and sent me two more. The second round did look much better. I’m trying to save the first batch I ordered. Love how easy the watering is.

Ordered the large pot, but the leaves already had brown blotches when it arrived. I was really disappointed, especially given the price. The plant did not look healthy, and unfortunately I don’t feel it was worth the money.

This was the easiest, cleanest, most efficient delivery ever! All of my plants, which I purchased three, came out of their own box in pristine condition. And look absolutely amazing! I will tell everyone about this company! Thanks for the great products and service!

What a great idea!
I love plants but always manage to kill them off, so this is a perfect solution for me.

The plant comes well wrapped and easy to unwrap and delivery was quick.

This is my first purchase, but will definitely be buying more.

Just one suggestion - maybe have an indicator when it is time to refill to make sure the plant always has water.
