Both plants arrived exceptionally well-packaged, with no damage to either the plants or their pots. The soil within the pots was securely wrapped in a tight plastic material, which was easily cut and removed. I proceeded to fill the reservoir and positioned the plants in a sunny spot within my home. After a period of three weeks, I am delighted to observe new leaves flourishing on my money tree. It is truly beautiful and appears very healthy. I am thoroughly satisfied with this purchase and am contemplating acquiring another plant.

I love my easy plants the only time I have success with plants they arrive so well packed and complete I now have 4 different ones and all are doing well. A little bit pricey but definitely worth it.

Received my first plant
Received my first plant, a money tree. The tree had some broken branches and leaves. Contacted EasyPlant. They were very responsive and customer service stays with me until I was satisfied. Poor thing just didn't like the travel. 2 weeks later the plant is beautiful, flourishing and showing new growth. I would buy again.

Great Company & Customer Service
I bought my kids 3 plants. And through shipping they did get their house in great condition . Soil all over and not in great shape. In working with easyplant, and sending pictures, i get an email that they were not happy either and are resending new ones. Didnt even ask them, this is a great company with great customer service:)!

Beautiful
The plant is beautiful and full and still looks great. I did think it would be a little taller since it's a large, but I'm sure that's a me thing. I guess I just imagined it taller. I do like how Easy Plant emailed me to check I knew what to expect and how to care for the plant. Very pleased!

I placed an order for mother's day
I placed an order for mother's day, there were multiple items that sold out causing delays with my order but the customer service team was so amazing. They walked me through picking a replacement plant and pot and kept me updated on my order every step of the way. My aunt received her plant and she loves it. She said it came well packaged and she was impressed. The kindness and understanding from the easyplant team is what you look for in customer service. I appreciate them all and will continue being a customer because of them.

Plant arrived quickly and the packaging is amazing. Plant was in excellent condition. The stand I ordered wasn’t included, but customer service was fast & responsive to sending new shipment. Can’t wait til the stand arrives and I can do final placement. Highly recommend.

I had left a bad review previously because I didn’t feel I received an adequate response but it might have been my fault. I received a response and I’m more than satisfied. I bought 10 plants and one didn’t seem healthy.
