I have not received my plant yet; however let me RAVE about their exceptional customer service. My plants were diverted to an incorrect address from an auto input error (Oh AI!!) they quickly found my order got my plants redeployed & on track. The best way to get a large plant
I’ve never had much luck ordering plants online but this experience changed that. My large ponytail palm was prepared and packed so well it hasn’t missed a beat or lost even one leaf so far. I love it! The website makes it easy to find the perfect plant. I will be using it again.

I am very happy with my Easy Plant…
I am very happy with my Easy Plant order! I purchased a Bird of Paradise and a Snake Plant, and both arrived healthy and well-packaged. My Bird of Paradise spent several days in transit, but it still arrived with strong stems, beautiful green leaves, and even new growth emerging. The Snake Plant arrived in excellent condition as well.
The self-watering pots are high quality, modern, and make plant care much easier. I also appreciate the detailed care instructions provided by Easy Plant.
Shipping can be stressful for live plants, so a few minor cosmetic imperfections are understandable, but overall the plants were healthy, vibrant, and exactly what I was hoping for. The customer service was responsive and helpful throughout the process.
I would definitely order from Easy Plant again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful, healthy indoor plants delivered to their home.

I am disappointed
I am disappointed, it’s been a month or slightly more and my plants have two issues. One bugs already in soil, found a worm looking thing today. Two the succulent over waters instantly and soil is like mud. Should say a disclaimer only provide a teaspoon of water. Then I try to go online and website is lagging to complain I do not recommend for the price. Coworker said had the same issue

When I took it out of the box it looked exactly like it does in the pictures online. Its so healthy! I was actually very shocked. I've only had it a couple weeks but it still looks perfectly wonderful.
