Order to be delivered in 4-9 buiness days. It's business day 6 and still hasn't shipped. Can't get a human being to respond to me. Just AI. AI will escalate to human who will respond in 48 hours. Terrible customer service.

We are all very busy and don't often take the time to give credit, where credit is due. However, I had to take the time to do just that today. I am so impressed with Easyplant customer service that not only have they gained a customer in me for life, I am now encouraging all my friends and family to become customers as well. I was not happy with the initial tree I got. In the same day it was delivered, I submitted pictures and these were reviewed the same day and a replacement plant was processed immediately. Not only that, easyplant continued to follow up to ensure my satisfaction. In a world where customer service is no longer a priority, easyplant has truly impressed me! These plants are not so cheap, but, totally worth every single penny! and, so easy to maintain. but what makes it even more worth it, are the caring employees and their goal for ultimate customer satisfaction. Great company, beautiful plants
The plants are growing well and are very healthy. So easy to care for. The customer service has been fantastic; the reps were so helpful and seemed to really care that everything was just right. I am really happy with my entire experience with easyplant.

I love how well your plants arrive and have been so healthy. Mine are all fairly new so I haven’t had to worry about watering them yet, but that’s been the nice thing about your pots, no guessing. I have a plant that is a little stressed because I have overwatered. I’m planning to get more plants from you.

Easyplant truly makes it easy
I could never keep a plant alive. I'd over water or under water. Easyplant truly makes it easy with its watering feature and guidance as to plant placement. All five of my Serene Kingdom plants are thriving. Love the variety including the pots and stands. Lastly, you can tell the company cares about tge quality it delivers...the packaging was second to none. Here's to enjoying them for years to come.

Lost plant, but kept a customer forever
In my instance, this would have been my 4th plant with easyplant. However, there was a bit of a snafu in that my plant was lost in transit. I contacted support for updates, when I was given the unfortunate news. But the team was gracious, and caring. They provided a few options to help in my situation, which was welcoming. I appreciate their responses. You can tell their tone and attention is genuine. I don't feel that with most companies anymore. It always feels like a bad boilerplate response, so it was nice to have a more human and empathetic voice. I'll absolutely be purchasing another plant in the future. They have a wonderful product and my existing plants are doing very well.

Every plant I've ordered so far has arrived in perfect condition. It's very easy to water and care for these plants. I don't have a green thumb and I've killed all my other indoor plants so I'm hoping these thrive in my home with the self watering pots.
