We are thrilled to hear that you were happy with the print quality! However, I am so sorry to hear that your banner was falling over and causing you frustration.
First, I wanted to help clarify the differences in our banner bases. Your order was for the Luxury Pull Up Banner, which is designed with a sleek, heavier base that does not feature stabiliser feet. Our Premium Pull Up Banner is a lighter and thinner model that does include swing-out feet to aid with stability.
Please note, however, that all of our Pull Up Banners are specifically designed for indoor use. As the large banner surface can catch the wind like a sail, we do not recommend using them outside, especially in windy conditions or on unsteady ground, as they can easily blow over - even if they have stabilising feet.
We want to make sure you have the right signage for your specific environment, and we value your feedback.
