The quality of this product is great! It actually stays directly upright when assembled. Surpasses other pull-up banners I have had.
I had a bit of problem with the sizing of the photo i sent - their team were super helpful in their guidance 10 out of 10. Online deign tool is easy to use

The banner itself was good quality material, however, had some issues with finding images large enough that wouldn't pixelate. The base on the banner is good for carrying being lightweight, but on the flipside not as durable and sturdy.

We are very sorry to see that you have had an issue with our Pull Up Banner and your experience in finding images that wouldn't pixelate.
Unfortunately the artwork can be tricky sometimes, which can lead to some frustration around finding a high enough resolution image. If you are ever stuck in the future when organising artwork for your signage, please let us know and we will be more than happy to assist in any way that we can.
In regards to the base of the Pull Up Banner, we are glad to hear that it was comfortable for carrying although this naturally does come with the downside of losing some of the sturdiness that our heavier bases have.
Even though we expect for the lighter bases to be slightly less sturdy, if you are worried that the base on your banner is less durable than it should be, please let us know via email or phone and we will be more than happy to look into the issue for you.
