Once again, I do sincerely apologise for the delivery issue that had occurred for your Pull Up Banner. However, we were happy to have the cost of this item refunded to you in full, as well as arrange for all future orders to go out with an alternate courier.
I also truly appreciate you offering to delete this review for us. I'm sorry that Trustpilot wasn't able to assist further in getting this removed!
