Mark, the Engineer,who fitted the stairlift for my mum was brilliant. No mess, made it look effortless. Also explained everything about the stairlift in detail,so mum was very confident when Mark left. From start to finish this was excellent service.Sally was very good and got back to me quickly with information. nothing was too much trouble. Wait time was days. Would highly recommend this company Thankyou. Easystep 😀

This company provides the perfect service! above all they really understand old people's needs. Paul arrived, measured the stairs and very quickly sat down with my old friend and explained everything without overwhelming her. I honestly believe you will not find a better empathetic company like Easysteps Stairlifts. Better still, they will not rip you off. They fitted the stairlift at short notice and their installation staff could not be nicer. I recommend them to my best friends without hesitation. I wish I can give them 6 stars!!
