Barry, Godfried and Jerry (sorry if I misspelled your names), you put the EASY in easy storage, thank you. Entirely hassle free from the first day of collection to the last step / drop off. I had already written a good review when things were first picked up, but I want to write another good one for you now that they have just been dropped off. I continued working whilst you did what you do professionally, the only time you needed my involvement was to help find the place and when asking me where I wanted stuff dropped off to make it convenient for me. You are professionals, keep up what you are doing. If I need storage again I know where to go.

Jacek has been really helpful and advised me on the right unit for us. He was on site when I came to pick the key up and gave me a thorough demonstration of the locks and gate etc. The unit is clean and secure and access is easy. I can highly recommend.

Super efficient and friendly team who packed everything into the pod in the quickest time.

Paid 3 months up front and still got charged additionally. Called 8 times to get this resolved but their AI assistant keeps saying it's been escalated. First time the team, then manager, then senior leadership, then execs, then the ceo and now the board. Also try to reassure without any action around compensation. Still waiting for a call. Lets see how many calls I need to make for someone to talk to me instead of an AI assistant.

As the name suggests, the process from collection to delivery has been straightforward and seamless. The stress and hassle of moving are significantly reduced, thanks to brilliant customer service and super lovely staff at each stage. I would highly recommend them, and I will definitely be using them again. 5 stars

You see Tim I can show you a time dated photo showing you my cameras are still running. I am still paying the bill. They were Infact running the day of the eviction. It being illegal. I wanted it all on camera and have been since. So I can now prove you’re a liar Tim. How far up the chain are you?
So what you’re actually saying. From less than ten miles away. Three hours before I knew there would be problem and said so. Your saying. Jamie. No last name!? Reckons it was a three hour drive from 10 miles away during school break?

You stole 384 pound from someone on benefits with a tumour in his head. Being illegally evicted.
I am going to sue you now. Not just for the 384 but what you’ve cost me since. All of which I’ve had to buy brand new.

I used these people five years ago and although losing me a brand new lawn mower swapping it for a plant. For it to be stolen. I got the rest back unscathed.
So when I was being illegally evicted. I needed someone to trust. So I phoned them. I arranged it in plenty of time. For all parties. They people with the keys didn’t turn up. Further to that after killing my ten year old bird removing him from the house. They decided to do it themselves without even bothering to tell me.
Which was never my fault. Trying to deal with the illegal eviction and now deal with these people refusing to give me back the three hundred and 84 pound.
Saying they attended my house twice to do the collection which is a lie in itself. I have witnesses and cameras still running. I gave them plenty of notice and I was there. No one turned up.
So they are illegally with holding money. They’ve lied to me twice in one day. Three conversations about this with a tumour growing in my head.
The fact the first time. Two weeks after the return of my stuff. I had to deal with a flea infestation the council reckoned wasn’t there before. So unless some have come from something else. I will never know.
That’s the only reason I’m not suing them for the loses from that. Is I just cannot be sure. Did think I could trust them though
Following my review. I again tried to phone easy storage. And got through to eve. Their ai robot. Who said and I quote. No service no charge.
So I phoned Jamie. Don’t know his second name. Don’t think anyone does.
After telling him he quoted their return policy to me. So I sat and read them all. And eve is right. Who would have every rule programmed into her. No service no cost.
Now when I cancelled the job he wanted to charge me a hundred pound. Which I thought was a cancellation fee. It’s not.
So far I have called the company and even though eve has sent my complaint to management. Joel their secretary. Will not put me through to them and keeps telling me it’s Jamie’s decision. When company policy clearly states it’s not.
You should look at who you’re franchising to. He has stolen near on four hundred pound. For driving out of a gate ten miles away two hours before.
I will never hire you again and I used to tell people to use you.

I had only 2 boxes with them, was relatively cheap for £20 a month but getting it delivered back costs £80 which I paid. My contract ended on the 30th while my delivery was scheduled at the 31st and I was charged another £20 as my contract was extended, I emailed them saying if you could refund that as I only had my stuff stored for one extra day, they said they can issue 50% off and refund some of the money, been over a month and they have never refunded, absolute scam, boxes came back damaged too.

AT LAST....a storage facility that has made our lives more simple. EasyStorage Battersea is so secure with a gated entrance & excellent security system. Being staffed i can access my container easily which is a vital USP. Plus the best value compared to others i've looked at & a couple used in the past. Highly recommend.

The price was competitive and the instructions were very precise and easy to follow.

Excellent storage company reasonable and competitive monthly premiums paid for storage. Customer Service operatives super professional and friendly resolve any queries efficiently. Delivery drivers extremely attentive and professional - overall very impressed by the service provided.

Easy booking, very friendly both on phone and in person. Very accommodating. Perfect experience.
