They have for the second time designed a new website for me, I am thrilled with the final product and the professional and caring attitude from the team.

I have worked with Easy Weddings for 6 years (over a couple of different venues) and absolutely love working with the team at Easy Weddings. The service and support from the staff is 10/10. My enquirys increase significantly upon listing in "reception venues" and it brings people to your venue that never knew we existed.

We are wedding photographers and have only recently come across Easy Weddings and we already have one of our weddings featured and wait for it within 1 day of it been featured we have booked a wedding from a couple that are getting married at the venue. We will definitely be submitting more weddings in the hope of getting featured. Thank you Easy Weddings.

I was a huge fan of easywedidngs - loved their service in organising the wedding but this is seriously a sad state of affairs. They are clearly not resourced in the right ways to run this service. We are currently at a loss on how we receive the rest of our gifts/ cash and hope that others see this and avoid similar problems that we had.

I don't write these often but my gosh, this has been a disaster from the time we first set it up. My husband (yes, we are past the wedding now) and I cannot believe the lack of customer service, care factor and simple unbelievability that we still don’t have our gifts OR cash equivalent of what our guests paid/ deposited. Hence, I have used the word fraudulent as my guests paid for things that we have never received, and it is now 2 months POST wedding.

Please please please, read the small print on the T&C of the registry. It does NOT operate like a registry from a department store and you will be gravely disappointed with the delivery...

Our situation raises three concerns for future brides and grooms:
1) Wishing Wells - CASH CONTRIBUTIONS
DONT DO IT!!! it is that simple. Our guests contributed thousands to our three funds and it took over 4 weeks to get the money. Whilst I understand it was Christmas (and don’t accept their excuse that Administration was on leave), it was a personal disaster for us being on honeymoon and not having access to these funds. We tried to get ANYONE in the team to help but to no avail. We had to obtain an emergency credit card as was totally dependent on these funds being already on the honeymoon that our guests contributed most of the fund (for spending). It was not a nice feeling running out of money and virtually begging easy weddings to release the cash from their corporate coffers.
2) Registry Itself - We did not have many gifts on the registry - but the ones we had were very carefully selected. Some two months after wedding (and in some cases almost 3 months since being ordered), we don’t have all our gifts and easy weddings is "looking into it". At this stage, I call "FRAUD" - they have taken money from my guests and committed to deliver gifts the day before the wedding and we are missing a significant value of the gifts allegedly "purchased" on the registry.

Please do not think that is a typical registry, it is simply a drop shipping operation where the items are farmed out to various retailers like an eBay setup operating behind the scenes. I had guests having to chase around their own presents to avoid us missing the delivery date. Guests also get charged very generous postage fees but two of my guests got "out of stock" messages and were billed random companies for the purchase (I know one guest raised a problem with their credit card company thinking they had been hacked). I did not appreciate the random boxes (the ones that did turn up) arriving from places like JB HIFI with no record who they were from/for. Easy weddings should openly advise that they do NOT coordinate the registry and will pass blame onto the supplier. I strongly advise against this and would recommend using a more typical registry from Myers or the like.
3) Fees
Be aware that both you AND your guests pay fees for the honour of using this service. I would be ok with this if it was well communicated and we received our guest’s funds in a timely manner (eg: direct into our bank account immediately after the wedding) but the fees we paid does not match with the poor service.
My recommendation..... buy a lockable wishing well box for $100 and ask guests for cash at the wedding

And... Easyweddings.... if you are reading this, maybe you should investigate your administration and fund out why you have done NOTHING in reconciling our fund, cashing out our registry and making compensation to the value that our guests have outlayed (some two-three months later). This is really bordering on theft or obtaining money by deception and I hope other couples are not waiting like us. It really wasn’t a nice feeling running out of cash on our honeymoon when we had thousands and thousands of monies in our honeymoon fund sitting idle at the Easy Wedding Corporate office whilst all staff were too busy to make the transfer to our bank account......

Easy Weddings featured a couple of my weddings (I am a wedding photographer) and they were an absolute joy to work with. Their site is beautiful and full of info for all the brides to be.

As a wedding photographer it was great to work with easy weddings. They kindly offered to feature my Bristol wedding as a blog post and it looks awesome!

I am writing as a business that advertised with Easy Weddings. I do not like leaving negative reviews but I feel I mustbfor the saje of other businesses thinking of advertising with Easy Weddings.
I was promised help with promoting my business plus networking and education events. None of these happened.
In a year of advertising I have not received any productive leads.
Communication from Easy Weddings was great while I was signing up with them and then became non-existent (including no replies to emails I sent them) except when one of my payments failed to go through! When I asked for help or complained about the service I received no reply. I cannot recommend this company. They appearred to only be interested in having my money.

Easy Weddings featured a 'Real Wedding' I photographed last year, it was lovely to hear from Akilah and the bride & groom were thrilled they were asked to be featured over on the blog - as was I of course!

They did a lovely write up and the layout for the pictures looked great! I look forward to collaborating with Easy Weddings again in the future!

I have always loved looking at Easy Weddings for inspiration and reading the real stories, I found them very comforting and motivating! And since being in contact with Victoria about featuring my own wedding, I have been even more impressed with the site - I have always had patient and supportive responses to my emails, and have been made to feel like I am really cared about as an individual, which is somthing that I wasn't necessarily expecting given how busy I am sure everyone who works there is. I really appreciate it, and have recommended Easy Weddings to all my friends, regardless as to whether they're engaged/married or not! ☺

Thanks so much for putting on the recent free wedding masterclass the SEO and web tips I picked up were invaluable and it was delivered perfectly by Sam. I wish I'd had time to spend with him the following day and hope that other suppliers took advantage of the advice he was keen to share. Also, Victorias support on promoting my work on the blog has been fabulous and one of my couples has a chance of winning a trip to barbados which would be epic!
