Straight forward, reliable, quick and easy! Super happy with the service.. The team are communicative and more than happy to provide suggestions on caterers / quantities and options.

Always adapt to last minute changes in plans. Can fit any budget. Nice customer service. Only reservation is some of the vendors aren't the highest quality.

I was asked to ensure drinks and bits were available at a ribbon cutting ceremony. I thought the brief was too small to speak to most caterers who talked about their "gastronomy styles" and impeccable meals. I didn't want any of that. Just proper glass, cups and saucers, waiting staff, covered serving tables and some drinks and danish pastries! Just before I lost the will to live wondering who would be available to delegate everything to, I came across Caterwings and immediately felt supported by Frances. She arranged for quotations and amended orders, logistics and numbers as required. Everything was exactly as it should have been. And the best bit was that everybody was impressed with the results I'd achieved.... Made sure I saved their bookmark and number everywhere I could. Would definitely use them again.

My order was for a very large christmas lunch and was delivered half an hour early and the food was only luke warm when it arrived, meaning it was cold when I served it. I tried to access customer services twice but only got through to a voicemail each time. Live chat responded quickly but then said I had to wait for a phone call just to be told there was nothing they could do - I suggested delivering some hot gravy to warm the food up and was told the only thing that could be done was lodge a formal complaint with the restaurant but they would do nothing to rectify the immediate problem. While the food was good quality, I had to serve cold food to 100 people, after adding bisto gravy to each box that I bought from tesco and made myself. Meanwhile, my account executive told me he'd get back to me and then went on annual leave without responding. They say they have a 30 minute delivery window for hot food which is completely impractical as the reason companies order from food delivery services is that they don't have catering facilities in house, including facilities that could keep food hot for 30 minutes.

Caterwings did give me a discount of the final invoice in way of recompense.

I completely recommend using Caterwings.

They were extremely helpful from the outset, and gave lots of good options within our price range. Their website is easy to use, and the customer service was good. The company we used for the catering had accidentally missed off some of our order, and Caterwings followed it up quickly for us and got the value of the missing food refunded with no fuss.
