Great after-service care by Emma and the team. They fitted my windows in the summer, but one of my windows had a pressure crack. This is a normal thing that can happen in a rare circumstances.

Emma sorted the replacement window free of charge straight away without asking too many questions. I've just had it fitted before Xmas and i'm very happy with the turnaround and after sales support.

Top quality service and installation. I needed my old dated windows upgrading to some modern double glazing. After speaking with Emma I opted for the flush windows in black.

Our surveyor was prompt and Emma organised quick installation. My windows windows were installed within 4 weeks of our first appointment. I am very impressed with service of the rep and quick installation in such uncertain times. Communication, the emails and personal touch throughout the process and quality of windows is what made Eaton homes stand out to me the most. The fitters were really professional too and communicated any changes or delays because if the snow. I will be recommending to friends and family.

Eaton House have done an excellent job in doing our house double glazing. We chose full Georgian bars aygayte gray flat windows.
I made up my mind to go with Eaton because of their quick broken down professional quote quality windows and price was the best and quality than my own builder. The sales rep kept in touch with us through the process. Everything that was promised was delivered on the day. The fitters were great. The fitting was brilliant and organised extra keys for us. We are just thrilled with our new windows and doors we had the entire house done as well as the porch redone and so many people have commented and complemented.

We were really pleased with both the professionalism of Mohammed, who initially came to guide us through the process and was with us every step of the way, checking the work of the fitters and answering any queries etc, to the fitters themselves, Matt and the Boys did a wonderful job. I was dreading having it done, moving everything and all the upheaval, however, Matt and the boys are true professionals and did everything inside the house first, making sure they cleaned up afterwards leaving no mess it was far less stressful than what I expected, however, think it was more that these guys knew exactly what they were doing and just got on with it, all of the Team have been professional, friendly and polite throughout.

I am so pleased to say that having them done couldn't have come sooner. The frames are really sturdy and secure, we have noticed such a difference in the house and hope this will follow on to saving a little on the energy bills this year too.

My neighbours are already complimenting my new french windows and door. We were connected to Eaton Home Improvements through a comparison compare site. We chose Eaton from our prospective quotes. Despite supporting opposing football teams, we just warmed to Eaton Home. Their price wasn’t the cheapest by £300. We didn’t ask for a reduction because we knew their quality was more robust. We are glad that we both chose them as we’ve had a brilliant experience. We were told of our allocated fitter and his punctual arrival. We questioned whether the fit would really complete in 2 days. So we made a cup of tea and looked on. Matty was brilliant, he just got on with it banged the windows out and in. Pure entertainment, we watched on to him to inspect his own work. He told us the points to look out for in quality workmanship and demonstrated the use and locking of our new beautiful french windows and door. We have now asked for our roofline and cladding to be sorted. I’ve complete confidence that will be great too.

High qualities product and professional installation and fitting. I do highly recommend it to anyone who wants to replace their double glazing windows.

We ordered a pair of french windows, normal opening out windows and two doors. We are extremely happy with the products, service and price. We went with Eaton because the whole team came across as an engaged experience. We felt a part of what they advised and felt listened to what we wanted. They worked really hard to source what we wanted at a fair price as we were adamant on a particular style door. The Fit…The surveyor came on the third day of the go ahead day and the installation was efficiently carried out over two days 4 weeks after we signed up. Honestly we are so pleased with our decision to go with Eaton. We have no gripes, no criticism, just excellent neat workmanship and service.

Chose this company from many very competitive priced companies and very glad I did the fitters turned up early installed door with very minimal mess which was cleaned up throughly before they left taking all the rubbish with them would highly recommend

Just received my FENSA and energy and certificates. Eaton Home Improvements have completed a first class job. First we had grey windows to the back and front of the house installed followed by a wide composite door and cladding to the front. Eaton provided an excellent service on the whole and throughout. The communication was excellent especially with Emma who immediately responding to all of our questions and requests.  The installation has already made such a difference to the temperature of our home. It’s so much warmer. Matty did a very neat and tidy installation. The quality of the installation was second to none.

Highly recommended, had 2 composite doors fitted. Mo the sales man took his time, explaining in detail with no pressure. Very happy with the price, compared to other quotes i had. Communication was spot on. Doors fitted beautifully. After Xmas my next task will be looking to replace windows, with them.

Went with Eaton House because of their price the quality of the window and their reviews. We have received an excellent smooth service throughout the sales fit and after care experience. Their sales rep was helpful and gave us ideas and ways to help reduce the cost in some window aspects so that we could upgrade from our previous plastic door to a higher security compost door. James kept in touch up to the morning of our fit. The two fitters arrived promptly on time and made us feel very comfortable. We discussed what was told to us by Emma and they said and carried out the same plan and agenda that was promised to us and wanted. The windows have made such an improvement from the outside and inside. We were told that there would be a delay for the compost door but luckily we have been told that this has arrived and will be fitted on Monday but waiting for a cassette. There was no mess from the windows being fitted so not anxious at all about the door being fitted on Monday. You can trust Eaton that they will deliver a brilliant service and wicked price. My mum loves her windows they look proper swish and high quality.

I’m so glad we went with Eaton Home Improvements. You could tell that their agents have in depth knowledge. Mo was confident to suggest alternative ideas to us with explained reasons.We chose Eaton because everything felt straightforward. James went through the order with us and made us feel in control and peace of mind what we ordered. We felt attended to through their very willing customer service. On the day of the installation I waited 20 mins before the friendly and polite fitting team arrived but time was made up as they helped me take down my blinds.
The work carried out was very efficient and any mess was taken care of and stacked up along the way.
There was a slight issue with a scratched glass pane but this was immediately dealt with and communicated well to us. We wouldn’t have noticed the scratch but were thankful to be made aware. From a price point, we had one other quote and one company didn’t show. The price was within our budget and much lower than we expected considering the quality of the windows and guarantees. We will use Eaton again without a second thought as long as the prices continue to be fair.

Extremely happy with our new Georgian bar windows and door. Windows look stunning beyond our expectation. Everything has come together wonderfully. Fitters and team delivered and delivered. Just had a composite door fitted, and a side window, looks stunning. Excellent service and fitters. Clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Eaton.

Eaton home replaced my wooden double glazed windows with beautiful white ones. They worked incredibly hard to source the stained glass window design that I wanted to match my existing door and porch. Many brochures later Emma found another glass company that could stain the glass and design whilst keeping the a energy. My windows look beautiful. Dealing with Eaton was a delight. They are magicians and very customer focused. They will go that extra mile to get what you want.
