The product is brilliant. Used to fry different things successfully and the surface feels tough even when I accidentally scraped a metal fork into it as I was serving. The finish looks like it will la... See more

I claimed replacements for three pans that were defective. They all started to lose their nonstick surface, small bits started to flake off.
I asked for replacements under the lifetime warranty, and after supplying photos of the pans, replacements were dispatched quickly.
I had a broken lid it had shattered,
They did everything to help and sent me a replacement.
I was delighted with there Customer service.
Thank you again
Good product. Good warranty. Frying pan base suddenly became delaminated after many years of use and Eaziglide honoured the lifetime guarantee and replaced it.
Purchased an Eaziglide Casserole dish with lid in 8/22. Had previously been performing fantastically. Used once or twice weekly or so. But at just over 2 years of age, we could see that it was losing its non stick properties. Food was sticking and then burning during cooking. Disappointing. Had taken lots of care over it. I guess this happens over time but 10+ years, and not under 2 to 3 years! Being aware of their “Lifetime Warranty” at the time of purchase from John Lewis, I called Eaziglide and spoke with their CS advisor. After confirming my order/receipt proof of purchase, I was then asked to provide photos to their email which I did within minutes. I did not hear anything for a few days. I called them again and spoke with the same CS lady. She informed me that the photos showed evidence of “Over Heating”
Eh??! On a cooking pan? Used on an induction hob? We had even used in-drawer Eaziglide felt pan protectors since ownership. How comes all our other non stick pans over the years have lasted much longer? I argued my point. I was aware of other similar conclusions reached for other customers. “Over-heating”. Eventually she agreed to a replacement Casserole dish. As a “Goodwill gesture”. “On this occasion”. Hhmm. Took about 10 days to get the replacement. Happy days.
But how long will the new pan last? Only time will tell. So the pans seem good overall but will this new pan lose its non stick properties at the 2+ year mark like the last one. Was the first one defective? Who knows? I absolutely refute that we had “over-heated” it. Not fit for purpose if so.
No quibble guarantee when we had a problem. Our problem was handled fast and kindly.
Easy to use web site and a good product delivered well no hassle.
Fantastic service sent a picture by return. I received a new baking sheets.
The pan was great but despite careful use and following the long list of instructions the bottom has bowed so it spins on the induction hob whilst cooking. Sadly I did not keep receipt or register product with Easiglide and as a result that’s over £70 down the pan with a product that’s no longer fit for purpose. Easiglide have closed the case.
15/4/2026 Update - Easiglide have just notified me that a replacement pan is on its way, not received yet, but have updated review in anticipation of receipt of replacement pan.
We love our eaziglide pans. They’re really easy to cook with. No oil needed. They clean well. We’d recommend not putting them in the dishwasher as the coating can react. The eaziglide guarantee is amazing and gives peace of mind. Thank you eaziglide. We highley recommend the pans and your customer service *****
Thank you so much Victoria. Another fantastic customer service experience. My 20cm imperial saucepan lid gave up after nearly 20 years of use when the handle broke off. Lifetime warranty not quibbled and a new 20cm Eaziglide pan arrived. Absolutely brilliant products and company to deal with
Very poor service and responses. On 25th Feb I contacted Eaziglide about a saucepan that had developed a fault. I sent in my details and details of proof of purchase.
Since then I have had to contact the customer relations person again several times asking about my damaged Eaziglide saucepan and the lifetime guarantee. I have been told both verbally and email that it will be replaced. However I have been asked on several occasions for the same details (details of purchase etc). I have finally on 18 March been emailed that I will receive notification of when my replacement saucepan will be sent and then I will have to wait approx 5 days for delivery. This is over a month wait and I'm not convinced that I will ever receive a replacement saucepan.
I have a claim to make under Eaziglide’s guarantee. However the e-Mail address to which customers are directly to lodge a claim bounces back as not recognised. And I have not find any other means of contacting Customer Support. So, what am I supposed to do. Not good enough at all.
Fantastic product, well worth the initial expense and great customer service when replacing old and worn out items.

The replacement lid is a little too tight, so you have to force it in, compared to the former which fit easily. Disappointing as speed and ease of service was good.

Good quality non-stick pan. The only downside is that it took rather long to arrive.

I reported a pan which was not as none stick as it should be after 4 years use. I sent photos of the pan and receipt of purchase. After a short time I was told that a new pan was on the way. No fuss and dealt with professionly and efficiently. Very pleased.
