Slow Order Fulfillment…

Would love to review based on the item I received, but I have not received yet. So I can say that order fulfillment and shipping is unfortunately quite slow. I'm sure the product itself is fantastic and will change my review once I do eventually get it!

The lead time at the moment for it is 3 month, so it looks like you may receive a refund if we have none left by the time we get to your order.

Great Company

Great Company. I will be sad to see Eazycolours close due to health. I love the straight approach of Maria, you know exactly where you stand with her. If you have a problem shes very approachable and is a very down to earth lady but she takes no Bull !! :)

Over and above the call of duty. Again no issues with my order. Loyal to their customers and great quality products. This company is fabulous a great team FB group that help and support each other. It's a rare thing these days.

Fantastic service as always from Maria!!! The products are simply the best out there, So sad your retiring but we all know you look after your customers we kept in the loop with everything,we have been in safe hands from the start, With no complaints EVER and I know our assessments will still be valid as you have assured us. so people need to trust this hard working lady and stop with the horrible slating of her company enough is enough it’s slander. i certainly wouldn’t want to buy off someone like the people that have left lies on here it only shows what type of business and people they are!!

I started my journey with eazycolours well before covid started, and they are fantastic, always there for support, quick on delivery and communication, then unfortunately I stopped making my products because of covid but will be starting up again soon, I can not thank them enough, great assessments, fantastic service, enjoy your retirement much deserved and good luck in all you do after.

I have used EazyColours for years now

I have used EazyColours for years now, I'm sad that Maria is retiring, but she has made it clear in her Facebook group that one way or another we will still be able to get the oils and colours that are linked to EazyColours assessments. Be that someone taking over the company or by letting us know where to purchase directly. I'm pleased she has kept us in the loop on this instead of just shutting doors like some companies have

WOW! What a company!

I have been using Eazycolours for around 5 years now and WOW! They have the best products out there, the colours pop and fragrance smell beautiful, as well as being kind to the skin! Don’t bother looking anywhere else!! My business has thrived using these products, and I owe it all to Maria, from great products, to fast delivery and even advice on product making, this company has it all!

Maria is so lovely, and really takes care of her customers! It will be really sad to see her step back from the business, but she has done an incredible job over the years! I know she has dealt with a lot, but she really deserves to retire and move on! She has always put her customers first, and even now she is leaving she is making sure we are all taken care of so we can continue using our assessments.

Thank you Maria and the team! Please walk away from the business proud of what you have achieved, because you really do deserve it!

I have emailed and messaged a few…

I have emailed and messaged a few times. I have read that the company is closing down and I have several assessments from them. I have asked what will happen with my assessments? No reply!!! Obviously I cannot continue to sell my products if the assessments are no longer legal. Who do I contact? where do I purchase fragrance oils etc. Will be taking this further I think!!

There is nothing readily available written or otherwise, again I have tried to contact and got nowhere! No I won't be ordering again, but will be looking into the legal implications of not being able to use many products that I purchased from the company and am not being told where I stand with them no longer being usable! I also made no implication about your Company going bust.

This info is readily available for all to see and it is stated that of course your assessments are safe. I think its unreasonable to give a 1*. We are having a huge sale and are run off our feet. All you had to do was call the number or read what is put instead. I have checked email for your email and there is nothing in inbox, deleted or spam, so where you sent it/them I have no idea. You could have contacted us in facebook but you haven't. So really, what are we supposed to do, Arlene? I trust you won't be ordering again!! And there is nothing you can do about it, there are no legal implications because you are covered which you would have known should you care to read. We haven't gone bust I AM RETIRING!!!!
